The Great Iron-Forged Empire is a large, flourishing Fire clan located in the Great Furnace. The Empire is ruled by a group of four dragons: The original Founders who had created the clan, Kero and Borix, and a new pair who were newly brought in as leaders, Iaeste and Aldll, a pair of Wind dragons who had led a previous Empire in Dragonhome.
Once a small clan known as the Bubbling Pit, the Empire is a vast city of stone clockwork buildings and rocky streets that lie behind iron-worked gates. Gates that always seem to be guarded by at least two dragons, never more than three or four. To even see the gates, you must pass a long winding tunnel that leads from the outside of the volcano to the gates. This area may not appear to be guarded, not much, but rest assured, it's still watched.
The city is vast in more than one way, vast in size, and vast in the variety of individuals who live and mingle within. The clan overall may be friendly and good as a whole, but beware, that does not mean there are not dangerous individuals lurking within.

This dragon was also a major comfort zone choice for me. Imperial with lots of glowing eyes? Sign me up
So far I don't really hate the layout. My gripes are the adding a K to having over a million and it's going to take me a while to get used to the new alert/friend request/messages placement.
Oh, and I hate that there's a chance I can accidentally log myself out. I've never like when it's too easily accessible and uh, its placement was where the avatar picker was.
