Honest movie review from a teenager with low attention span who likes to talk during movies
If youβre like me and like to talk and discuss movies, donβt see this in theaters. Me and two of my friends watched this by ourselves which was amazing as we got to pause the movie and talk about it, sharing theories and ideas we all had.
At some parts it lost my interest, but it was quick to pick it up again.
I was confused by a lot of things in the movie, but I felt as if that only made me want to watch it more to see whether I could piece the story together.
I liked how it wasnβt to gorey and instead focused on the creepy eerie aspect which is something a lot of horror movies donβt do.
Iβd give this movie a 7.5/10 would recommend!!!
The back rooms I saw it in the theater which I kinda wish I didnβt because I do like talking and pausing during movies. But luckily there werenβt many people in the theater which gave me and my friend a chance to debrief the movie quietly amongst the two of us.
If youre a REAL fan of the back rooms you will love this movie. It was amazing and while it didnβt include some βSCPsβ majority of fans wanted, it was still a wonderful experience.
It may be hard for some to follow, but for me it was a thing where I was confused for half the movie but my questions eventually did get answered which gave me closure. You really have to analyze this movie at some parts which for me really helped as it grabbed my attention and never let go as I was constantly reaching for information.
Iβd give this movie a 8/10! Would recommend!
