Had fun capturing dance moves from 200428 Jhope in minimalistic fluid strokes. J-hope’s really inspired me to get interested in dancing again bc he always looks like he’s having the best of times on stage
based on this post
Palpatine’s Journey
According to the review I just read this video offers more of an explanation for why Palatine is still alive than the new movie does lmao
the way he turns into a polygonal 3D object as he falls is fucking poetic cinema
Every time I watch this I break out into giggles it’s just so funny idk even how to explain it but the animation and the dialogue and everything it gets me every time I love this
“dead, I would like YOU to be as well!”
into the sky, out to the sea
All of the drawings I did for Okuyasu week!! <3
The notion! On sticky notes! They’re all such good characters!
the gunslinger is dead
we never do go over, we always gotta go through
You give me sad character with graying hair and scars, and expect me not to draw him every single time
I have the ring of Saturn in my mako cosplay today at emerald city comic con!!!!
Reblog with your favorite Friends at the Table bits…
Player, when faced with in game consequences: ??????
Austin: …Yeah, dog.
anyone, but mostly art: [astonishingly incorrect statement about an animal]
the entire group: spends the next 23 mins googling, arguing about what an otter is
austin, whenever someone rolls a 6 or below: oh Buddy… oh no…
anyone: [says some dumb shit]
austin, very indignantly: exCUSE me??????????????
anyone: [very on their bullshit]
austin: welcome to friends at the table, a show about…
[keith laughing in the distance]
[Ali's incredible stifled giggling]
:// CHARACTER ANIMATION - MAKO
One of my uni projects was to do a 4 doublespreads graphic novel, and I fought my tutor for a week to do a scene from Wolf359 instead of tutor’s play of choice. Thanks to it, I managed to get few people from my course to listen to it as well, as I was showing everyone my comic while playing them the episode :D I chose ‘No complaints’ because it was a great challenge to do 8 pages of two people just talking in a car, and because it was enough of a stand-alone to be able to put it within 8 pages without any context.
I love Wolf359 and I will be forever grateful to the whole crew for creating this epic adventure, and to @paticmak for making me listen to it! :D
hey! i’m trying to get into fatt and i’m not sure how to start. do you have any tips on a good first campaign (and how to tell voices apart)?
hey there!
for the campaigns, it depends on whether you’re more into fantasy or sci fi tbh?
Autumn in Hieron is their first fantasy season, but the audio is pretty rough in the first couple episodes, so I wouldn’t recommend starting there if you’re worried about learning voices. Instead, you should start with Marielda, the short game that’s kind of a prequel to the Seasons in Hieron campaign. It splits the cast up into two groups, with a worldbuilding game as the first two episodes, and then the actual game for the rest of it. I listened to Marielda first and it was way easier for me to figure out who was who with the smaller groups. If you like Marielda, you really should listen to Autumn after. You could skip it because there are recap eps right after Marielda that then go into Winter, but Autumn is absolutely worth a listen.
COUNTER/weight is their first scifi season, and I really recommend listening to it before Twilight Mirage, which is its like… spiritual sequel. Same universe, ten thousand years later. You can listen to TM without listening to C/w, but you should listen to C/w first. C/w is also split into two groups, the ground game and the faction game. Again, the voices are easier to tell apart and learn in these smaller groups. I will say I had a little bit of trouble with the faction game bc Austin, Dre, and Andi all have kinda similar sounding voices, but the more you listen the easier it gets.
TL;DR
Fantasy: Marielda –> Autumn in Hieron –> Winter in Hieron –> Spring in Hieron (the current season)
Sci-fi: COUNTER/weight –> Twilight Mirage
For the voices, there’s a transcripts project going that might help you too! Most of the episodes are started and a good chunk of them are finished. I hope this helped and I hope you like fatt!!
Some bright sessions fanart!
