Did my first #parkrun today! Such a good experience and I'll definitely be doing it again! Managed the 5km in 30.03 too which I am super proud of. Yayaya happy!

Just signed up to run a half marathon in October...this should keep me motivated!
My arms are definitely getting more toned! Quite a few years ago my arms were more of a battle ground for self harm, and now I love working them out and getting them in shape. It's amazing how things change...I'm nowhere near full recovery but at least my upper arms can see the light of day!
Ate really well today, treating myself to a hot chocolate now (trying out almond milk and I like it!) also went to the gym today so YAY GO ME! 💪🏼
Spelt spaghetti with tomato sauce, sweet corn, tuna and salady bits...was way too much in one go so had some when I first got in from the gym, then finished it off after my shower. TRYING not to snack badly!
Been working my butt off in the gym over the past week (I am super proud) and have been eating fairly good meals. However my snacking has been TERRIBLE and I keep binging which I hate. Need to stop otherwise I won't see the benefits of the gym!! Trying to et a balance is sooooo hard.

Bought a size 8 top today in primark. Never thought I'd see the day haha
Normally I set the treadmill to 'quick start' which is 20 mins and am really happy when I reach 2 miles. Today I thought I'd push myself and set the treadmill to 30 mins. I SMASHED IT!! 3 MILES IN 30 MINS! Personal best and I am so proud I actually cried in the gym because I am so proud for pushing myself. You are your own barrier and anything is possible! Hugs xx

2nd day back in the gym and I got did 2 miles sub 20 mins! Happy xx
