Went to see TBP2 tonight. Spoilers ahead for those who have not seen it.

So, let's start off with the biggest issue I had with it all. Being someone who enjoys when a plot actually makes sense, I felt like they were trying to fill some holes that really didn't need to be filled.

For one, the Blake's mother being killed by the Grabber rather dead by su!c!de. That seemed like a stretch. I more so liked the idea that she died of su!c!de rather than the Grabber, it makes more sense that one would be driven insane than legit than whatever they were trying to form here. That annoyed me the most out of everything.

Second, and this is more a personal issue I had with the movie, the film parts where we were in Gwen's dreamscape were very very shaky. My partner had to look away at bits because they made them very motion sick. I feel like it was an artistic choice but it was so shaky that it made it hard to focus.

NOW FOR THE GOOD SHIT-

Hoorah for Finney Blake. Good choice for the actor, looks exactly like the kid. I didn't expect weed to be a plot device through the movie but 'like father, like son' he is trying to forget what he had to go through.

Good idea to focus on the movie on Gwen, I wanted to see more of her in the first movie but I am glad I got what I was hoping for in the second. She is a powerhouse and I am glad to see a supernatural horror movie heroine actually feel like they need to help those their powers seem to find.

More so things I found funny:

- Grabber being called Wild Buffalo Bill or whatever shit they were trying to name him. That was fucking stupid as shit and I laughed at it. I don't know why they did that because I'm like ninety percent sure his name is Albert Shaw but WhAtEvEr.

- The Grabber ice skating is something I didn't know I needed to see till now. He looked so goofy on skates and I am better in the world for seeing it.

- Finney smoking half the time we see him on screen. The boy needs it after what he went through.
