Here’s some pixel art. Guess what! Not doing pixel art for a couple months has made me really uncomfortable doing it. Which is funny because I was not comfortable at all when I was doing it every day. WOOO -_-

Still mostly enjoyed it and refuse to give up!

Legend of Zelda Boss Key. The blues are a little hard to distinguish but I like it. Going up on the fridge next to Cubone, so my dad can be proud of my accomplishments! (I’m 24)

@jefferythespacewalrus was my very first customer yay! I’m glad he’s happy with the bead sprites! I’m still taking commissions so make sure to message me or email me at [email protected]!  Small sprites: less than 25 x 25 will be about $4 - $6 (Kirby is small)

Medium Sprites: 25 x 25 - 32 x 32 will be about $7 - $10

Large Sprites: $10 plus

All prices depend on the actual sprite! Message me and we’ll work it out.

Bead Sprite Commissions!!

So I’ve been away for a while. I missed you guys. I’ve still been lurking around and keeping an eye on you folks. But I’ve been busy… and lazy. ANYWAY. I finished and shipped out my first ever commission of anything. That Waddle Doo up there is for Mr. jefferythespacewalrus!

I’d like to keep doing more! I’m stocked up on beads and ready to go! Small ones like the Pokemon ones will be about $4 - $6 dollars while medium size ones, like Waddle Doo and Sans would be more like $7 - $10. Large ones, like Roy, are gonna be $10 and up. But it all depends on how many beads and how much it will cost to ship. I’m also happy to cut deals on people who want to order multiple. I can also make small ones into magnets! (Cubone is a magnet)

I can do pretty much whatever sprite you want! Pokemon, Mario, your original characters, WHATEVER. as long as it’s under 58 x 58 pixels. (any bigger and it’s gonna be a pain to ship.) But yeah just contact me and we can work it out!

(I won’t be able to do Sans or other Undertale characters because the creator doesn’t want people selling fanart so show some respect D:<)

Bead Sprite Commisions

So I wanna do more bead sprites, I’m hoping to sell them at a convention in Jersey next summer so I wanna make sure I’m as good as I can be so it’s all about practice. But rather than making a million bead sprites for myself I was wondering if any of my followers would be interested in having me do some commissions! I’ll make anything you want really as long as it’s smaller than 58x58. Prices would be based on number of pixels but I plan on doing cheap for tumblr people because this is the only place I’m offering it. 

If you want a sprite from you favorite game or a physical version of your  pixel art OC I would be happy to do it!

Made this for someone at work! It's been a while since I made a bead sprite so it's a little rough.

This is Milt. I don’t know what I am gonna do with him, but I like him. I like the style of the sprite. Visual Studio is taking forever to install/uninstall so I guess I’m not working on the Unity tutorial tonight. I hope these don’t look like poop on the tumblr app.

Did the first part of the Unity 2D roguelike tutorial tonight. It inspired me to make this guy and some variants. Mustachioed man is my favorite and reminds me of Tom Hardy in Bronson.  

Could definitely use a lot of work. Better shading, better palette, Anti-Aliasing (something I’ve yet to get the hang of) but even recognizing those faults I am actually happy with it I think. I like the style. 

What do you think about the outline?

Haha yeah, that’s what I was doodling. I didn’t like the sketch much so I thought maybe it would look better outlined  and colored. but it did not. So what I posted is just the darker shading.

tried drawing something but I hated it but it makes for some pretty terrible pop art so I guess I’ll post this so it wasn’t a total waste of an hour. o ______ o I should have just started that unity tutorial…
