I like Nick but man I was expecting for my heart to feel the pain and see the bench but nope..

Kinda feel disappointed.. but then again it's a remake not remaster.

The fight felt flat for me, like okay bunch of lasers, and when they fight close combat I don't see shit bc it was so damn fast like (?)

Weird that when I watched the 98 first time, didn't expect Nick to die and I was so crushed 😭😭😭. Now I'm expecting him to die, but didn't. Felt more disappointed the later.

Finally watch Trigun Stargaze, not finished yet. But there's something bugging me.

When Vash's arm fixed by Brad, Meryl is there and Vash's heavily scared body shown, but there's no shocking look from her (and Milly, they never see his scars before) This makes me miss the original from manga and the old anime version (and funny reaction from Vash), was hoping they keep it.

Since Milly in this version never met Vash and Nick before, like idk is it bc I've read and watch the 98 anime before. Feels like Milly already knew them in S2(?) Or maybe bc the amount of episode are shorter, so I kinda compare it with the 98 version, the fillers helps building their relationship to me.

Also for the remake, story wise make sense make Vash's personality less goofy than manga & 98 version bc in the remake is like only focus with the main story and no side quest.

But seeing how goofy Vash most of the time in original makes it more hearbreaking that all of that goofyness is just to mask his action, no matter how hard he try to help he always end up getting blamed.

And this is from me who watched Trigun Stampede first, then the 98 anime and then read the manga.
