Short snippet of the piano intro we will use on the new album. We found some inspiration in Chopin’s music. Imagine some nice guitar sounds layered over it and low vibrating basses, and you get the idea ;-) Enjoy.
Progress Report - April ‘16
We’ve done the first few rehearsals for USA 1982 over the last weeks. So far, so good! Stylistically, we’re exploring neoclassical stuff in combination with harder sections. We love it <3
We found a bunch of very interesting musical ideas to fit 5 different parts of “Koyaanisqatsi”... maybe in total about 25 minutes of song material that is gradually taking shape. It’s a real puzzle to piece it all together. The whole process was pretty fluid and inspirational until now, let’s hope it remains that way.
