I absolutely love how with every new episode of The Owl House this season, they manage to balance plot and character development almost perfectly. Because in so many shows you either get "stuff happens, then characters react" or "character has feelings, then stuff happens" but for so many episodes now we've been getting characters who have genuine emotions and feelings as the plot is developing and use those emotions to directly influence the events of the episode so that it becomes impossible to separate the plot from any individual's development in that episode, and it's so good

So we got the amphibia ending where they never get to see each other again. Please and I mean PLEASE let the owl house give us future Luz traveling back and forth her whole life.

Two brothers growing up.

Working diligently together, doing the same jobs together…

Raised to be witch hunters, it’s what they’ve always wanted…

They meet a witch and follow them to the Demon Realm…

The brother supports his younger, even as he suffers from consuming palismen…

But then the elder falls in love and even has a child coming, Philip is unhappy;

He confronts husband and wife…

Shows his true intentions as they have a knife duel…

And sees his bloody eyes in the reflection of his knife.

The wife attempts to avenge her husband, casting a spell on the younger that may or may not have cast its mark…

And the surviving brother, he harvested all of his brother’s bones, so he could get another chance with him… Only to enjoy killing him over and over again. As he had the first time…

When is the owl house returning 😪 I have so many expectations!!

• After rewatching the season one finale, there’s no way Eda doesn’t get her magic back. That action sequence between Eda and Lilith is gold animation. There’s no way she’s not going to have another scene like this before the series ends.

• King is so cute and I need more of him immediately!! He’s going to be the core to this series storyline I’m convinced. If he’s not a titan descendant I will be extremely disappointed.

• Luz needs to get into a witch fighttttt!! And she needs to get her staff! I personally do not care what the palisman will be. I just want to see her grow into full fledge witch and Amity by her side! 💖💜💙

• So excited for Hunter’s redemption arc. I feel like the return episode will be the turn for him. I’m convinced he’s a clone of Phillip wittebane and once we find out what Belos’ plans are for Hunter that he will get on the winning team!

Interesting how in “knock knock knocking on hootys door” hooty says that demons rose from the muck of the decaying titan.

Then he says that Kings blood test to find out which demon he is was inconclusive.

Maybe it’s inconclusive because he’s the titans descendant and therefore has properties of all three Bs.

I’m finishing season 2 of Kipo and maybe I’ll change my mind....but Kipo’s dad kind of sucks lol. He has good intentions but who decides their daughter is going to have half mutant abilities? And then lie to her her entire life and then leave Hugo and his pregnant wife behind and then not go back to look for either of them ? Kipo is better than me child.
