How my hair grows from the root like wild flowers,

The sound of my voice and how it breaks and swallows words that I shouldn’t say.

Yoga - 

              a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

I have recently really gotten into yoga. I so dig the zen mood it puts me in and I can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible.

My problem is that I fall in love with words, rather than actions. I fall in love with ideas and thoughts, instead of reality. And it will be the death of me.
