It’s late and I’m too tired to be coherent about this but I’m thinking a lot about the relationship Leo would have with his prison dimension scars. I feel like they’d really fuck with his confidence for a while. Krang Prime saw him as something breakable, proved him to be as such. Everyone can see that he was easily crushed, like Prime will forever have him underfoot, he’ll never escape. Neither of them will ever escape each other because Leo trapped him in a dimension for eternity and was physically changed because of it.

Headcanon # 34

Leo challenges his family to eating contests all the time, because he wants to make sure they eat enough.

When Donnie isn't in the mood to eat, Leo proudly declares that he can eat 10x more than Donnie.

When Raph exercises too much and forgets to eat, Leo rushes in with a carton of milk, two shaker cups, and a whole container of protein/nutrition shake powder. Betting Raph $5 (five dollars) that he can drink more.

When Mikey loses track of time working on an art project and forgets to eat, then loses his appetite from it, Leo will bring a pile of sandwiches three (3) feet high. Saying that Donnie doesn't think that Mikey can finish more than Leo.

When April accidentally stays up too late hanging out with them, then wakes up too late to have breakfast before school. And misses lunch because she fell asleep, Leo will show up at her apartment with stacks of pizza boxes, proudly daring her to beat him in a pizza eating contest.

Even without a trigger, Leo will randomly challenge them to eating contests to make sure they're eating enough.

Mikey's the one who figures it out, when he asks a sleep-deprived Leo why he always challenges Raph to eating contests even though Raph always wins:

" 'e doesn't eat 'nough," Leo slurs, "none 'o you 'uys do."

Then he face-plants directly into his cup of tea.

Mikey immediately tells everyone, who all swear to not tell Leo because they think it's endearing. They start challenging Leo to eating contests too.

When Donnie was younger, Draxum adapted his training to Donnie's abilities. But since they've started training together with Leo the exercises became harder and harder. Leo excelled at all of them, while Don quickly started falling behind.

Headcanon #32

Leo taught Mikey how to cook.

When they were younger, every time Splinter got sick (not counting rat flu) Leo would take over cooking.

Because Raph still had trouble controlling his strength, and Donnie had especially strong reactions to the smells and textures of cooking, and Leo has the strongest immune system.

So Leo would be the one cooking. He usually just reheated canned soup and made sandwiches.

Once Mikey turned five(5) he also wanted to learn, so Leo taught him the basics because Splinter wouldn't let Mikey near the stove.

Now, Leo and Mikey still have days once a month where they cook together.

And whenever Mikey can't cook, Leo's usually the one who takes over, even though they all can cook. Because he's the one most used to making food in large portions beside Mikey.
