Hello if you're reading this I'm leaving

I've been unwell... So I've finally decided that, I'm leaving my social medias. I wasnt going to post anything and just vanished but maybe theres someone that wonder where I went? I'll still have my discord if you want to talk to me or play games pls just hmu!! But since my mental health has been bad I must leave. I'm hoping I heal as well but it's hard when I cant leave my home. I wont stop creating art since that's what I love too do. I may not have friends where I live but I want to thank you all and goodbye. I may come back again maybe next year or in a couple of months.

How to Stay on Top of Life when you Feel Depressed

1. Acknowledge how you feel, and accept that this is going to be a more challenging day.

2. Commit to doing the absolute essentials but don’t push yourself to do everything.

3. Prioritize what’s important. For example, if you have a report that has to be submitted, then decide to work on that. However, if it is something that can wait, set it aside for now.

4. Work through your to-do list in small chunks of time – making sure you get plenty of breaks.

5. Tell someone who will understand. We need to get support when we’re feeling low.

6. Be wise in your use of social media. It may be good to deactivate your facebook account, or to switch off your phone to protect yourself from images and chit chat that leaves you feeling worse.

7. Make sure you leave the house and get a change of scenery.

8. Deliberately invest in some form of self-care … but make sure it is something that you know will help your mood. And remember that tomorrow is another day.

I had a nightmare that I was back on my socials and I started getting why u haven't text me? By mutuals/friends and if your my real friend you would talk to me be their for me etc. I tried to tell them bc it's my depression and anxiety. Also my low esteem.. afraid of what they would think. that I couldn't but I really wanted too to talk to them!!! So bad but my phone wont let me reply. So they were getting upset and yelling at me. I wanted to cry bc i feared they didn't understand why and that it will sounded like an excuse.
