how to brain dump like a pro
what you need
a messy notebook (I like the Leuchturm bullet ones)
a pen
a beverage for emotional support (or several <3)
how to get started
grab your notebook, and sit down in a quiet moment with enough time so you won't stress even more. The point of a brain dump is to unload all your thoughts, everything that is stressing you is put to paper. not aesthetically, no cutesy Pinterest vibes; we need it plain, unromanticised, and personal.
some prompts to get you going
do I have any deadlines coming up?
have I been making time for myself and my hobbies?
what projects, tasks, appointments, and/ or plans are currently stressing me out?
am I procrastinating anything?
am I properly looking after myself? (mental/physical health, skincare, hobbies, school/work, etc etc)
am I currently working through any challenges, and if yes how is that going so far?
how are my friends/relationships doing?
is there an area in my life that I should prioritise right now?
do I feel confident and comfortable at the moment?
Review and reflect
take some time and go over your writing; you can underline or highlight the points that you find most important. make this whole "brain dump" thing a routine; sometimes it takes a bit of writing until you actually get comfortable with putting your emotions onto paper (it sounds easier than it is..), but the more often you do this, the more comfortable you will get!! <3
As always, please feel free to share your own suggestions and tips in the comments! <3

Text ID: my solitude is an intoxication: I am, I'm in control, I love myself, and I scorn everything else.
A friend asked if Cable had ever worn a cable-knit sweater. My answer: he has now!
Is there any professional insect scientist out there that can explain to me why my beloved Praying Mantis, Pepper, seems to demonstrate specific person-recognition and has, during her adult life in particular, always seemed eager to come into my hand. When she was younger, I did handle her, but she was very active, often crawling all over me like a tree. Then later on, she seemed content to ride around on me all over the house. And now, at the end times, my husband texted me to say that she was dead (he’s sad too). So I arrive at home and I come to the terrarium to her, and she suddenly starts struggling to move. She’s definitely in the end times, but…she’s still alive! So, I get the little wash cloth out that I had put in there to keep her comfortable since she stopped being able to cling two days ago. She starts clearly trying to crawl. But its a terrible struggle. So I put my palm down beside her, she turns her whole body and with practically everything she’s got left in her little insect body, she crawls into my hand. Then she got still again. What’s going on here? Because…to me…this insect /likes me/. I’m willing to believe that an insect brain cannot sophisticatedly love, and that they operate on instinct, but I’m just seeing plenty of indicators that maybe its not so simple as that?
this is not the first evidence, either. When I went away on a trip, my husband did all the right and proper things for her, and yet, when I came home and sat down at the desk, she crawled over to the corner and STARED at me for hours.
We never hand-fed her, really. A couple of times with the tongs. But mostly, we’ve let her catch her own prey, so its not that she associates me with food.

How New Age Beliefs lead to the Conspiracy/Alt Right Pipeline & Why the Concept of Starseeds is Harmful
Quick side note, this post has turned into The Starseeds post. I was trying to work on a separate ask from someone that also asked about the divine feminine and before that starseeds specifically. I just couldn't put all of it into words but it's come together here so anon, if you see this, this one is for you. This is the starseeds post. I’ve worked really really hard on it and it is very important to me that as many people learn about this as possible so if you read/reblog just one of my posts ever, please let it be this one.
CW/TW I’m gonna be talking about racism, white supremacy, anti semitism, eugenics, ableism, and transphobia. The things I linked below also go over many of these things. Please keep this in mind.
This ask may be inspired by the post I reblogged from @pondering-the-kaiju but either way y’all should go check out all the stuff on their pinned post but especially this tag they have about the new age to alt right pipeline specifically. They have a lot of really good detailed posts about the issues with new age beliefs in general, and more specific stuff like the issue with starseeds. They get into history and names and stuff. This tends to be more of an explanation of how this happens, my personal feelings on it and my perspective as a witch (and as someone who went down a pipeline that in my opinion functions similarly and also as someone who has people in their life that believe this stuff.)
I'd also highly suggest this article with a timeline on how the concept of starseeds developed. It explains in detail how it’s tied to all the disgusting ideas I mention below and how those ideas manifest in the sources of this concept.
I am definitely not the most qualified person to talk about this hence the links above but it is still something I wanna bring attention to and share my thoughts on.
Anyways! All that being said here's some HisWitchcraft(TM) style explanations for how this bullshit goes down.
We’re gonna use the starseed thing as an example. It’s gonna be our entry point into the pipeline. Let’s start with pretending you're young and vulnerable (and possibly disabled or autistic, but I get into that further below) and getting into witchcraft, or spirituality, or whatever. You're on the internet and see the concept of starseeds. An article or video or post explains that if you’ve always felt different than everyone else or spiritually called to something higher you may be a starseed. Starseeds are people that feel different because they have alien souls. They are special and here to help people and raise the vibration of the earth! Now you know why you're different. There's a word for it. You're special. You belong somewhere.
And that is where it all goes wrong. That is where it all goes terribly, terribly wrong if you don’t question anything. That is where it starts.
This starseed thing is doing you some good in your mind so why question it? That is where they get you, that good at a glance, affirming, I belong and I'm special feeling.
What the average person probably doesn't know is that the concept of starseeds is racist. Its history is racist and anti semitic and full of eugenics. This concept is directly tied to the new age mess of harmful conspiracy theories. ”Raising the vibration of the earth” usually implies moral superiority and or is just being a woowoo alien spiritual missionary. It's all tied to these disgusting concepts and ideologies. Honestly, I've tried to go into detail on exactly how this manifests in the history of starseeds and sources on it and where it all began time and time again but the sources above explain it better than I ever could. Please go read them.
So these concepts are tied to this stuff. How does someone end up believing it? Surely they'd see how gross this stuff is? But it's the specific way these ideas are explained that gets people. They use their own language and fluffy woowoo terms (like starseed, also I think there’s a great example of said fluffy woowoo talk in this post.) If you haven't looked into this or don't question everything you're told (which a lot of people are even taught not to) you won't know starseed = racism. Or that government controlled by the illuminati and lizard people = anti semitism. You don't know the dogwhistles. No one gives you a memo. And if they do? You get defensive. The people who taught you who you are and made you feel special are talking about these things, why wouldn't you believe them? They told you the truth about yourself! They taught you about starseeds. No one else did. No one else taught you these secrets. Why would they be wrong about other stuff? Why question them when they make you feel good and give you The Answers? Why question when they say the government lies about everything? You’re different. Of course it makes sense to you and no one else can see it. It starts to make sense to you especially if you’re part of a vulnerable group (which I get into further below.) Maybe the government is run by some organization. Oh there’s a name for it. It's the illuminati. If the government lies they must be lying about covid, and science. No scientific source can be trusted because they’re all funded by the government and they lie. Vaccines are fake. Clearly big pharma is out to get me. This stuff is starting to make sense (maybe because it’s all tied together, but in a web of lies.) And other people just can’t see it (maybe because they’re not part of that vulnerable group, or special.) Once again you’re different than others. No one else gets you. They never did. Only you can see it and understand these secrets. (Sometimes this feeling is the feeling that turns into that superiority or specifically moral superiority I mentioned before.)
I know it seems like I just took an insane turn there, but I don't know how to explain the exact progression of these ideas other than it burrows into your brain until it doesn’t sound so insane to you. It happens over time. It’s called a pipeline for a reason I think. It’s one idea to the next and to the next until you’re on the other side of the pipeline. Remember these ideas prey on vulnerable people. Remember. why would you question them? No one gives you the memo that this stuff is harmful and gross and even if they do, once you’re further down the pipeline you get defensive because you wanna be special. Because you finally have answers. Because those people trying to help you are just “asleep” and don’t get it and they’re not special and don’t struggle like you have (if you’re part of said vulnerable group which I get into below.) That is the perfect nature of this kind of entry point into the pipeline. These ideas sound good at a glance. They give you answers. They make you feel good or understood or explain something you struggle with. So you keep internalizing these ideas because why would they lie? You’re special. What they say makes sense to you at a glance. You weren’t taught to question, to source, to research, or critically think or look into the history of what ideas you take in. (Btw this whole section and the person I’ve invented who’s going down the pipeline is being explained under the assumption this person isn’t like a proud nazi. That’s a different thing. I’m also just using examples I’ve seen but you could insert all kinds of conspiracy theory/alt right ideas in place of the government, big pharma, etc. The web of new age conspiracies is insane, I could use so many other examples.)
So anyways then these ideas burrow into your brain. Maybe you befriend people with these ideas too because everyone else is “asleep” and doesn’t see the truth about the world. About the government. About big pharma. About everything you believe. Maybe they’re not special like you are. They can’t see it. You end up in an echo chamber on the other very harmful side of the pipeline. You are very far from where you started. The pipeline has claimed another victim.
Speaking of victims, I wanna talk about how all this manifests as preying on vulnerable or disabled people. The “traits” of a starseed are often just autistic traits. Autistic people are often forced to mask to navigate the world. If you don’t know that you’re autistic, now you know why you feel so disconnected from others, why you struggle. You’re just a starseed. Everyone wants to feel special. Older people in your life who have gotten into these ideas (like older relatives) will insist you’re just a starseed and you won’t get the information you need. You don’t know that you’re autistic or maybe they outright deny it. An understanding of yourself and the accommodations you may need is really important but a lot of people get robbed of that. This is another way this concept is harmful. It’s used to perpetuate ableism very frequently.
I have another example of the whole preying on disabled people thing. This is an example of the vulnerable group stuff I’ve mentioned above a lot too. Remember how I mentioned the government lying and big pharma and all that? Imagine you’re a disabled person, let’s say a stay at home mom with a little time to read stuff on the internet. You come across starseeds, or one of the entry point concepts, and once you start to get into it you get to the big pharma is evil stuff. A lot of disabled people feel failed by doctors. Doctors don’t listen to their pain. They won’t diagnose them or give them what they need. They have to fight for years for it. Maybe there isn’t even much doctors can do for them. Doctors and modern medicine being evil might sound to start pretty appealing after years of dealing with that. (Not excusing any of this btw I just honestly think that’s why this happens. I’ve seen it happen.) You ever notice how there’s a lot of those hippie essential oil moms who believe some of this stuff? Or talk about it? This is how we get a lot of disabled and or autistic/autism mom type people who believe this stuff. They have been preyed on by these ideas. Their children will be victim to it as well.
I think something similar happens with the divine feminine. “I am able to bring life into the world, that’s so special and spiritual” becomes misogynistic, (as explained in this post also by @pondering-the-kaiju) bioessentialist ideas like that spirituality and magic comes from the womb. Soon you wanna be a tradwife to fulfill your divine feminine role. You know what community is full of TERF shit? Tradwives. And so the cycle continues. Another victim claimed. Another person to tell me I’m not as magical or that I can’t be a witch or shouldn’t used that term... Another transphobe.
I think that’s all I got? It feels like this post has been in the making forever. Between my experiences personally with this stuff and how important it is to me people are careful and think critically when researching witchcraft. If you read this whole thing thank you. It’s really important to me. Please research this phenomenon further. Spread this post and content talking about this like wildfire. I’m seeing more and more entry points to this pipeline get popular and I do not like it.

Not me having a spiritual realization/crisis while at work. Will I investigate this further when I'm at home? Probably not. Will avoid and forget until something reminds me and I still won't get into it and I'll not get resolution.
Welp, got something to talk about at therapy now.
I am sadly not a legitimate be gay do crimes thrillseeker. the idea of getting in trouble makes my tummy hurt. Sorry
the spirit is willing, but the flesh has anxiety.
I’m so angry at the number of people who have commented on my chronic pain posts like “I don’t have chronic pain so I don’t count but I do have chronic migraines-“
that’s chronic pain. that’s specifically the type of chronic pain I’m referring to.
and I’m absolutely not mad at those people, not in the slightest, but I’m furious at everyone and society as a whole that’s convinced them that they don’t count, that chronic migraines aren’t a genuinely debilitating form of chronic pain and disability.
migraines are chronic pain and have significant impacts on your life and you deserve to have that validated and not brushed off as “other people have it worse” or “not a real disability.”
mediation doesn’t have to be sitting in silence with your eyes closed. as a witch with autism + adhd, that method doesn’t work for me. i’ve found ways to meditate that work for me and my specific needs. i’m just now realizing that it’s important to accommodate myself in all aspects of my life, and that includes my craft.
As promised, and requested, a bottle sealing post!
A important reminder first– be careful when you’re using candles, don’t set your shit on fire. You can use any candle for this, I use different candles (colors and scents) depending on what I associate with the bottle I’m making (yellow & lemon for happiness, blue for sleep, etc.) you don’t have to do this, but you can. You can also use regular candles instead on tea lights, but tea lights usually melt faster for me.
Also, I don’t know (or actually care?) if this is the proper way to seal a bottle with wax, witchcraft doesn’t need to be fancy, and my personal craft is focused on using what I already have, and going out to purchase “special” items as little as possible, nothing wrong if you do, but I am a very small budget witch, and I like the challenge that comes with it. I happen to be a bit candle crazy, so this works well for me.
Okay, so here we go!
Set down a piece of paper if you don’t want to get wax on your stuff, light that little tea candle (or regular candle) and let it start to melt. I usually light my candle before I start putting together my bottle, so it is usually close to ready by the time I’m done.
Once the tea light is melted all the way (or big candle, deep enough to dip) I dip the top in! If you are using a bigger bottle than I am, you can remove the wick usually with a pair of tweezers, but I don’t like to do this because I never use all the wax, so it’s a waste if I take out the wick!
Pull it out, you can blow on it to help it cool faster, dip it again, out, blow on it, a few times until it’s pretty covered and the top is pretty solidly covered (pictured is after the first dip! But you can see how covered it was when I start pouring wax in the next photo)
If you want the drippy-witchy-wax look, (carefully) pick up your candle and pour wax over the bottle top (see why we put that paper down, now?) I usually smooth out the top with my thumb, gently while it’s cooling down. Once cooled down the wax on the paper usually comes right up, and I usually stick it back in the candle to melt down for later.
Usually I stick mine in the fridge to cool down and harden (my house is warm bc we don’t control the heat)
And ta-da! Your bottle is sealed up. Also, I think you could probably carve a sigil in the top if you’re into sigils (I don’t personally use them, but I imagine you could!)
There we go, it’s super easy, no one taught me how, I just sat down and was like “OKAY, so how am I going to seal this without covering the whole damn bottle in wax????” and this is what I came up with! If you don’t want whatever is in your jar to move around (I usually pack mine pretty tight, so it’s okay) I would just pour the wax on top, it will be messier though.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to shoot them over my way!
Have a beautiful day, babies. I hope this was helpful!
- a post for the anti-anxiety bottle pictured here is coming soon! -
spell jar, spell jars
spell jars 101 ⚱
how to craft a spell jar:
gather your ingredients
charge & program each ingredient before adding it to the jar (aka, give power & instructions to your ingredients)
add the ingredients to the jar
close the jar
enchant the jar as a whole object (see my post on enchanting items for further guidance)
seal with wax, ribbon, or string to finalize & cast the spell
optional: decorate your bottle if you wish
what you can use as a jar:
tiny craft store jars
mason jars
pickle / pasta sauce jars
old medication bottles
food storage containers
what you can add to a spell jar:
dried herbs
dried citrus peels
magickal powders
small crystals
gem chips
essential oils (a drop or two will go a long way)
infused oils (carrier oils such as olive or grapeseed oil that have been infused with herbs)
a few drops of charged water (storm water, war water, sea water, holy water, rain water, moon water, sun water, etc.)
paper (with sigils / symbols / glyphs drawn on it, an incantation, a name, a phrase, etc.)
coins
beads
glitter or confetti
seashells / shark teeth / beach sand
leaves
DNA (finger nail clippings, a piece of hair, etc. to be used as a taglock)
animal fur, nail clippings, teeth, or whiskers***
nails, glass, pins, needles, thorns, & other sharp objects (great for cursing, binding, banishing, or protection)
vinegar, lemon juice, pickle juice (mostly for “souring” a situation)
honey, sugar, syrup (to “sweeten” a situation or for attraction)
pretty much anything that fits & corresponds to your intent
what you should avoid putting in a spell jar:
fresh herbs or plant material (this can cause mold to grow inside of the jar)
biological secretions (i mean, you can if you want but it’s not necessarily sanitary & there are cleaner, more easily obtained taglocks to use instead)
what spell jars are good for:
containing your spell, theoretically making it easier to manipulate & control
manifesting goals/intentions over time
manifesting goals continuously
passive manifestation that doesn’t require much ongoing participation from the caster
what to do with your spell jar once it’s been crafted:
keep it on your altar
depending on the intent of the spell, keep it in a different area that you frequent (for glamours, keep it in the bathroom; for sleep or dreams, keep it in the bedroom; for safe travels, keep it in your vehicle; for cursing, keep it concealed in a black box; etc.)
wear it around your neck
put it in your pocket, purse, or backpack
bury it in your backyard or within a potted plant outside (for spells you don’t plan to undo or want to last indefinitely)
if burying is not an option, hide it somewhere on your property
leave it at a crossroads
recharging spell jars:
shake it up
light a candle on top of or next to it
submerge it in a bath of herbs or crystals that are associated with energy
submerge or surround with sea salt (a natural conductor of energy)
anoint with oil / blessed or charged water
pair with a tarot card or rune stone that matches your intent
suffumigate with incense smoke
energy work & visualization
disposing of & reversing spell jars - when you feel like the spell has done its job or you need to undo its effects:
do not throw the entire jar into an open flame - this is incredibly dangerous
remove the contents from the jar & either burn them or bury them
for items you wish to save, cleanse them thoroughly before using them again
take the jar & cleanse it in whatever manner you choose & either save it to be reused; or shatter it & then dispose of it properly
***please practice safe & ethical harvesting when it comes to using parts from a living animal in your craft; don’t ever trim whiskers off of your pet (if they come out naturally then it’s okay to use them); routine grooming is a great way to obtain some of the things i mentioned; you can use the baby teeth that you inevitably find when your puppy or kitten is teething, also!
🌌🔮 Methods of Sealing Spell Jars 🔮🌌
So, you've created your first spell jar.
You selected your jar and ingredients carefully (more on picking the right jar here), cleansed them all, ordered them up, and put them in.
Now what?
Time to seal your jar! Sealing spell jars is both symbol and practical. On the one hand, it can put a sort of lock on the spell, ensuring it stays in place. It can also serve as an emergency spell-breaking tool - specifically tying the spell to the seal will cause it to end when the seal is broken.
On the other, sealing a spell jar prevents it from being opened and ensures that its contents haven't been disturbed by anyone else in the home. It can be a helpful tool for closeted witches or witches with roommates to ensure complete safety.
Let's get into methods of sealing your spell jar!
🕯️ Wax Sealing 🕯️
The most common method of sealing is wax sealing - melting a candle or lump of wax and pouring it over the top of the cork or lid of the jar. Wax sealing is considered by many to be the most meaningful (not to mention aesthetic) way to seal a spell jar: It ensures the jar can't be and hasn't been disturbed, it looks nice if done properly, and creates an easy way to "break" the spell by tying it to the seal (though many powerful spell jars still will need to be cleansed completely to be totally undone!).
However, there are a few things to take into consideration here.
First, you need a LOT of wax to aesthetically and completely cover even a very small jar - and it can be very difficult to work with. It may not drip exactly the way you want it to, and you have to work fast. Plus, of course, the larger the jar's lid, the more wax necessary. It is not as easy as it looks.
Second, take into consideration both your environment and the bottle's before deciding on wax sealing. A vehicle protection jar may be just fine in the winter, but if you live somewhere that really heats up in the summer or run the heater a lot, that wax is going to get on everything in your center console or glove compartment, no matter how little you use. If you live somewhere hot, but know the spell jar likely won't be disturbed or touched often, or you store it in a cool, dry place, wax sealing should be fine - however, if your AC struggles to work or you leave spell jars sitting out in the sun, it might be best to choose an alternative sealing method.
🕯️ Inner Wax Method 🕯️
If you enjoy using candle wax but have decided against traditional wax sealing, you could instead coat the inside of the cork or the edges of the lid with wax. Then, seal the jar while the wax is still pliable. The wax will harden and create an inner seal, and it will only be disturbed if the cork or lid is actively opened. Heat will loosen the inner wax, but it won't get everywhere!
Be aware that you may experience some inner dripping if too much wax is used, so if you don't want the wax touching your spell jars contents, practicing beforehand will help.
🔮 Sigil Method 🔮
If your focus on sealing your spell jar is more protective or spell-driven than physical, a sigil is a great alternative! Sigils can be drawn or taped on the inside or outside of the lid or cork. One of the pluses to sigils is that they're highly programmable and can be specified to perform a specific function, so much like tying your spell to the seal, a sigil can both protect your spell jar and serve as an in-case-of-emergency spell breaker.
Keep in mind, however, that programming a sigil in such a specific way does take experience and practice with them, and will probably result in a very complicated sigil. I'd recommend a simplified sigil if you're just starting out. (Or, you can order a custom sigil from me by DMing me or visiting my Etsy!)
🖇️ Tape Method 🖇️
On the other side, if you don't care too much about the aesthetic and want to make sure the jar stays sealed shut, you could always tape it! There are ways to make this method aesthetic, of course, depending on the tape you use, but in a pinch, any old tape will do! Just make sure you cleanse and dedicate it first.
As previously mentioned, you can combine this method with the Sigil Method to better afix a sigil to the lid or cork and to keep the jar shut. That way, you can really cover your bases across the board as far as utility goes!
🔥 Flame Method 🔥
If the fire element of wax sealing is ritualistically important to your practice, consider using fire to seal your spell jar instead! Use a lighter or candle to cleanse and bless your spell jar by closing the jar then running the edges of the lid or cork through the flame. The heat will sometimes create a bit of a physical seal, but this method is mostly symbolic.
As always with fire, please exercise safety precautions if you utilize this method! Heat can potentially shatter glass, so make sure you do your research on the subject beforehand; while a small flame should be fine, it's always better to be safe than sorry!
🍓 Canning Method 🍓
This method is a little bit of an unusual one, to be sure, and definitely can only be used in certain circumstances; however, it's an interesting enough idea (that I had at 4 in the morning while writing this post) that I thought I'd mention it!
For kitchen witches or any witches with canning and preserving experience, this sealing method can absolutely be applied to spell jars! (Not to mention you can imbue your jams, jellies, and preserves with magical intent, but that's another post for another day.) Obviously, this isn't a great sealing method for the casual spell jar maker; however, if you're using a mason or jam jar for your spell, it's definitely an alternative to consider!
The biggest precaution here is to make sure in advance your spell jar ingredients won't be disturbed or ruined by the exposure to heat and moisture. Certain types of crystals can't take exposure to heat without being ruined, and if any moisture gets inside the jar, dry ingredients could be molded or rot away.
I hope this post is helpful to anyone making spell jars, whether you're a first timer or just looking for new alternatives! Please give credit if you reuse any portion of this post; apart from wax sealing, all methods of spell jar sealing found here are original (though not necessarily invented!)
As always, if you learned something new and would like to keep the content coming, you can support me here by buying me a coffee or check out my Etsy to utilize my services! Thank you all so much 💜
Low Energy Witchcraft .01
🖼 Make a mood board or vision board as a simple intention spell. Choose colors, images, text, etc. that represent your intention and use an app or website to make a collage or put everything in a folder together. Add your own photos, text, sigils, etc. or print out and arrange images on patterned paper if you have more energy. Use it as your phone background to charge it.
🕯 Light a candle. This can be a physical candle, a flameless/electronic candle, or even a candle on an app on your phone. Use colored candles if desired or use a marker, washi tape, etc. to color a flameless candle. Wax candles can also be carved with a sharpened pencil or pushpin to add a word or sigil. Use a marker to add one to a flameless candle. Meditate, journal, breathe intentionally, or create a more complex spell/ritual with your candle.
☁️ Watch the rain or clouds. If you have a window that is accessible look for shapes in the clouds. This can be used as form of divination or meditation.
🛁 Take a shower or wash your hands. Visualize all negative energy washing off of your body and down the drain. Use a soap with scents, colors, or ingredients that help with protection, calming, or any other intentions.
☕ Stir intention into your drinks. Use a straw or spoon and stir drinks or soups clockwise to invite positive energy. Repeat a mantra or intention if desired.
📝 Speak or write your intention. Repeat your intention verbally or write it on a piece of paper, a bay leaf, or on any other material. This can then be burned, buried, or torn into pieces. Make sure all materials are safe before burning them and that anything buried is eco-friendly. Ex) Write on a banana with a pen or marker and then eat the fruit and discard or compost the peel.
🎶 Create a playlist of songs for meditation, spellwork, a diety, or for self care.
🔮 Use apps or websites to pull tarot cards for study, journaling or reflection.
🎨 Use a coloring app to color pictures related to an intention or as an act of devotion to a diety. Choose colors associated with your intention or diety and/or meditate while coloring. Ex) Coloring an owl to devote to Athena or using pinks and reds in a self love image.
📱 Create a digital altar. Combine images, text, etc. to represent dieties, tools, elements, etc. Digital "offerings" can even be added or exchanged regularly.
