been away and it feels so good

I've been away for about oh um...a thousand months and I still have some new followers. Thus I shall make a forray back in to tum tum tum land. Deployment is over kids! He made it back stateside. I am now stateside. We are now one once again. This deployment was not so bad even though we only skyped about 3 times between us. We each got one care package from each other. I sent him one and he sent me one. lol But we talked at least once a week. If you keep hope and faith alive anything is possible. I think the hard work starts when you get home. It's difficult readjusting into life when you've both been away from each other (especially us) or shall I say we've physically been together for about 8 months of the past coupe years due to deployments. We have a new house, we have new orders and a new adventure for next year!

Yummy-to-my-tummy Low Calorie Pancakes

Muh favorite invention. Best ever. Use a low calorie, low carb, protein powder to make your pancakes under 200 calories.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 banana 1/4 c egg whites 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon Optional - chocolate chips, blue berries, etc

Mix all ingredients in a blender except the optional. Pour and cook like a regular pancake on medium high heat. After pouring a pancake, drop in the option fruit or chocolate into the cake. Flip and cook through. Enjoy.

I eat these like everyday. Delish. Calories depends on your protein powder!

Haven't been posting much... I feel kind of burnt out. Do any of you ever get to a point where you kind of distance away from the milso and support stuff for a while? Ill come back I just miss my husband and am throwing myself into my work to help keep me occupied! What do you guys do to distract yourselves?

skipped out on bikram yoga on Sunday to go do a major weights session at the gym. Returned to my beloved hot room on Monday night to be greeted by awkwardly sore and tight muscles. Amazingly by the end of the 90 minutes I felt like I had stretched out all the tightness and felt amazing. Gosh Bikram you never cease to pull through on the prana goodies. I can't figure out why it's so addicting...Maybe they spray amphetamines through the heater vents... lovely.
