the new diet im starting!
im starting the Big Eq Diet with personal changes for what i wanna slim.. I dont care if its conversial i wanna go from 176 [ im a freaking piggy oink oink. ] to 130 [ wich is what i used to be before i became some a porky piggy ] incase u wanted to follow it with me heres the diet!! All the workouts are from Nikola's Pilates!
rules:
stay away from carbs and sugar and sodas!
try to stay away from calories in drinks unless its a liquid day only!
no calories in drinks, unless its caffeine!
try for 10k or more steps
workout!!!!!!
drink loads of water to stay hydrated and fill youself up
if u dont want a fruit ur not hungry.
fast when u can.
eat quality meals not 500 calories of mcdonalds.
gum is a lifesaver!!!
dont eat past 7 pm till 7 am
12 hour fast!

Day 1: 900 calories

7 MIN Pilates Abs Workout
Day 2: 600 calories

Day 3: 400 calories

7 MIN CORE WORKOUT
10 MIN TINY WAIST WORKOUT
7 MIN ABS WORKOUT
Day 4: 400 calories

20 MIN PILATES WORKOUT
15 MIN LEAN BODY
6 MIN FLAT TUMMY WORKOUT
Day 5: 300 calories [LIQUIDS ONLY]
Workout: Rest day :3
Day 6: 500 calories

5 MIN AB WORKOUT
10 MIN FULL BODY
8 MIN SLIM WAIST WORKOUT
Day 7: 400 calories
