I’m going to share my favourite makeup tips (no one asked it there is no harm in giving tips😋). Also I’ll drop all the products I use on a daily basis.
- I like to apply all liquid and cream products first and then set it with setting spray, and then apply powder products while it’s still a bit wet/dewy and set it again with setting spray and powder is optional. I find that my makeup stays in place and lasts all day.
- When applying concealer, I like to apply it on the back of my hand and slightly warm it up and apply to the face with a brush. It applies naturally and is very buildable.
- When applying mascara (mainly tubing mascara), I apply the mascara first to the roots and make your way up to the tips but do it slowly while the mascara is still wet. Hold the wand at the mids to tips and then blow dry lashes on the cool setting and this helps the lashes to stay up and lift without a lash curler.
- To make sure your mascara doesn’t smudge during the day, after applying it set the area around the eyes with some powder (under and on the lids).
- Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara.
- Maybelline Firework Mascara (I like to sometimes pair this with the Lash Sensational to make the lashes pop).
- Benefit Cheek Buds Palette (it has the Hoola Bronzer, Cookie Highlighter, and two other blushes- good formula, lasts long and doesn’t break me out).
- Victoria’s Secret Lipgloss (my holy grail- it’s so good, it’s the only lipgloss I use and I swear by it).
- Nyx Marshmallow Setting Spray (doesn’t break me out and stops my skin from being oily during the day).
- Maybelline Grippy Primer Serum (doesn’t break me out and lasts all day).
- Revlon Colourstay Brow Pencil
- Essence Long Lasting Eye Pencil (sensitive eye safe and lasts really long).
- Maybelline Sky High in the shade True Brown (I use this on my lower lashes).
- Revlon All In Tubing Mascara in the brown shade (I also use this on my lower lashes).
