He can't say he believes her. Or it's the whole impersonality of a phone conversation. Something just straight out stinks and he can't ignore the stench, he never excelled at subtlety.

"Look, I'm not upset." He is, a little, but what's more important is that he doesn't hold any right to torture her conscience over it. It's such a trivial thing, insignificant. Neither of them will even remember this in a few hours. Her shoes are a pair he's walked in quite a few miles before. "It was just a stupid gig, you didn't miss out on anything. The set was terrible, anyway, and the vocalist was a pain in the ass." As he hears what he's saying, he fights a cringe – he's rather pouring out all the reasons why he needed her there, doing an ungodly amount of hand-holding. That's what you get from letting your subconscious take your tongue. He passes the phone to his other ear, levelling eyes with a wall. "It's fine. There will always be other gigs, yeah?"

Eye Color: Dark brown

Hair Style/Color: Deep, dark brown thick mop of hair that meets his eyes, with an undercut. Usually unstyled, he does have a can of hairspray around in case he wants to have it pushed back for a performance, but the effort.

Height: 1,76m.

Clothing Style: Comfortable. He loves T-shirs and jeans skinny enough he can actually feel around his legs, but sweatpants and hoodies are not an unsual combination on the colder days. Sweaters, though not a favorite of his, are definititely part of his fall-winter collection, all binge-bought by his overprotective mother. Sneakers are an all-around favorite. Storm was in the midst of drinking her tumbler of water when the male explained how even shoe leather could be edible with the right additions. She wished she wasn’t, because she almost spat out her water all over the kitchen counter. Only Rioh would think like that, she mused.

She watched him cook with a small smile on her face, leaning her chin in her palm. Rioh reminded her of a squirrel, the way he flitted around in his nervous energy was certainly fitting, and watching the disaster unfold in live action was definitely just as entertaining. But as rude as she may come off, Storm knew when to be polite, and when to be straightforward. Which led her to let out the awaited “I told you so!” after he spat the banana peel back into the pan.

Letting out a small snort, she nodded. “Chinese sounds so good right now. Maybe you can learn how to make some fried icecream, huh? That would be more than useful.”

Although he does consider whining in this isolated moment of weakness (he’d placed so many expectations onto that banana peel dish only to be left with nothing but crushed Masterchef aspirations), Rioh catches himself on the last second from steeping so low. He rolls his eyes, he huffs, he throws her a glare, brief and heavy, before humming out a nameless tune as he lathers up the kitchen sponge to start working through the pile on his sink, the outraging banana frying pan his deliberate first pick. What’s more important, he doesn’t acknowledge Storm’s taunting.

Instead, he offers a smile. Stiff, exaggerated and ugly enough, or so he hopes, to offend her, nodding along to her banter. “Mmyeah? That’s nice, but why don’t you make yourself useful and ring the place nearby? The number’s on the fridge, it’s the only magnet with hanjas written all over it.”

Whatever game he is attempting to play with her, Seoyun isn’t growing fond of the idea.
