My style over the last year has had a bit of a symbiotic relationship with the paintings I make – vibrant color and lots of bold patterns. I did a body of work about growing up in Texas recently and it made me fall back in love with wearing cowboy boots with everything. I’m enjoying letting my style become apart of my artistic practice and in turn letting my artistic practice be inspired by my style. It’s helped me feel really in tune with myself.”
