Spiraling out of control, my mind.  Too many things running around, creating chaos that I cannot seem to control. Quickly, things start to pile up, higher and higher, suffocating me. Everything around me becomes a blur, as if life is moving too fast for me to catch up. Even if one finger finds a grasp upon sanity, within minutes it slips away and I am stumbling back into the chaos that is my mind. 

I want to disappear for awhile, go some place where nobody will know my name, my life, my struggles. Learn what it's like to have peace of mind, peace of body and soul. Start over, fresh, clean slate, but I'm scared that I'll never find my way back. 

Spiraling out of control, my mind. And I don't know how to live with this chaos.
