The instructions I’m giving works for iPhone but I’m sure there are instructions for other phones somewhere online :)

Ok so you wanna have an image you wanna use (I used House). You wanna have the app Shortcuts and open it. On the top right, there’s a plus sign so you wanna press that. Then there’s should be an option called, “Open App”. From there, you wanna select the app that you want to change the icon of. At the bottom, there should be a share icon and after pressing that, there will be an option called “Add to Home Screen”. Then, you can change the name of the shortcut to the app and then change the logo to the picture. After you’ve added that to your Home Screen, move the original app somewhere else (or remove from Home Screen).
