#i feel so alone lately and that no one that i care about wants me around. i feel like i just need to get away and escape from everything #and my friends are just pretending they like me bc they feel obligated nd i hate that I'm constantly needing the validation that they aren't #bc i know they don't but i had a friend tell me they were avoiding me today after i already called four other people to hang out #and it was like oh. thanks for confirming my fear that people really don't want to be around me unless they have absolutely nothing to do #im so stressed. i just want to uproot but other days are so great and lately it just feels like there's more bad than good #i don't know who to talk to

So if women wear makeup at work we’re “frivolous” and it harms our leadership chances.. but if we don’t wear makeup we are being unprofessional and are deemed less competent.

So we just need to think of a way for women to not have faces and we’re all set 🤔
