I’ve turned this into a more cohesive post so its not like one after another, and I will continue to update daily just so we have a quick reference point of what’s been going on:
3/ 4/16: rising from the ashes like a motherfucking phoenix, mass exodus of JRot’s twitter followers, trending things about Lexa constantly
3/5/16: more trending, more being extra and dragging JRoth and watching happily as our favs dragged him with us, damage control from everyone but Rotinhell, etc, mass migration to the FTWD fandom
3/6/16: IMDB ratings go way down, twitter followers continue to drop, more twitter trending, wikipedia war
3/7/16: the rise of Elyza Lex and Lexark, lexamatters.tumblr.com starting to pull ALL THE RECEIPTS ON THESE BINCHES, and probably best of all: Julie Benson and Shawna Benson’s Periscope that confirmed that JRot is an actual human disaster because apparently it was confirmed that not everyone in the writers room wanted to kill Lexa (aka probs just Jason wanted to) and ADC said she would come back
3/7/16 continuation: Actual human disasters Shawna and Julie Benson manage to not only invalidate Clarke’s relationship with Lexa, but Clarke’s sexuality too, all to push Blarke endgame to gain a few viewers back. (this snippet via @decaheda)
3/8/16: trending worldwide once again, increased rage, pulling more receipts on how these fuckers baited us, Isaiah Washington actually being a gem, more negative reviews as the next episode sneak peek is released and has twice as many dislikes as likes on YouTube, Elyza Lex rises even higher
3/9/16: subtle shade from Isaiah Washington, explosion of Elyza Lex headcanons, Elyza Lex TRENDING ON TUMBLR, more trending worldwide on Twitter, JRot remains silent still, the sneak peek has three times as many dislikes as likes on Youtube, we’ve raised over $10,000 for the Trevor Project, we are all sleeping and fueling ourselves for the absolutely hell storm that will occur on Thursday as we trend all the things and watch the ratings plummet
3/10/16: started the day by trending WATCH ALYCIA ON FTWD worldwide… which, great, but please leave her out of this; continued the day by becoming steadily saltier until the episode and then watched as JRot live tweeted BY HIMSELF - none of the cast live tweeted or has really acknowledged the show right now, the 1oo didn’t trend AT ALL when it has trended every other week (gee I wonder why), its confirmed that Kim, Javi, and Layne know about Lexark which is hilarious, the Clexakru has raised almost $30,000 for the Trevor Project, and the responses to JRot’s live tweets have watered our crops and fed our families. And of course: worldwide trended LGBT FANS DESERVE BETTER for several hours.
3/10/16 continuation: Henry Ian Cusick started tweeting after the episode ended. JRot retweets a post essentially calling us “bullies and trolls” with the hashtag #RenewThe100 and then promptly deletes it.
3/11/16: THE WILD RIDE CONTINUES. Trending ALYCIA IS OUR COMMANDER worldwide (plz leave her out of it and trend that Jason is a jerk or something instead), multiple news outlets pick up our story, INCLUDING THE BBC, the show gets renewed but no one wants it and we’re about to fight like hell even harder, ratings hit an all-time low for 3x08, the cast hits Survival Con and RICKY AND LINDSEY SHADE THE HELL OUT OF JASON SO HARD ITS NOT EVEN SHADE ANYMORE. I am living.
3/11/16 continuation: in true JRot fashion, stills from 3x09 are released featuring Lexa’s dead body, sending us all into horror and sadness. JRot continues to lose Twitter followers. Anonymous reps from the entertainment industry have informed us that this situation is all people are talking about within the different networks, and they’re for us.
3/12/16: CW STOP JASON ROTHENBERG amasses over 135k tweets on Twitter and trends worldwide for several hours, Trevor Project donations have reached almost $40,000, Mercedes Mason BLESSES the ADC fandom with not one but two Instaram pictures in which we see Alycia BLONDE and we’re all left for dead by her beauty, and lgbtviewersdeservebetter.tumblr.com is launched as a one-stop shop for what we’ll be trending, more articles are written (one poll asking fans if they were mad about Lexa’s death with 99% reporting yes), and the entertainment world continues to notice. JRot’s twitter follower count drops to 104.6K. Javi reveals that he is “amicably parting ways” with the show.
3/13/16: just when we thought our rage could not increase. in short, Lindsey Morgan is a damn queen and deserves to be protected at all costs. She is a real life Raven and the world does not deserve someone so perfect. Donations to the Trevor Project surpass $40,000, and we trend worldwide MINORITIES ARE NOT DISPOSABLE, amassing over 135k tweets. Bob Morley comments on how BELLAMY SEES LEXA AS A TYRANT SO NO MORE POSTING ABOUT HOW BOB CALLED LEXA A TYRANT DONT TAKE IT OUT OF CONTEXT. Bob also made comments about the backlash but for a good take on that, here’s what @decaheda had to say. So chill. Don’t hate the man. The whole cast is very likely very limited in what they’re allowed to say - and for that, we blame Jason. The story continues to gain media traction around the globe. Javi reveals that they had multiple death sequences thought out for Lexa including her jumping in front of the bullet, but instead, they chose stray bullet. Solid. As usual, we blame JRot for everything. Also, support Clexa in these polls. JRot’s twitter count is 104.5k. Reminder to unfollow him if you have not.
3/14/16: Mo Ryan of Variety writes a phenomenal piece about Clexa and the LGBT viewers deserve better movement and directly calls out JRotinhell. Actor Orlando Jones retweets the article, and we continue to gain traction. STOP QUEERBAITING 2k16 reaches the Top 20 trends on Twitter and reaches around 65k tweets. Reportedly, JRot has tried deleting his tweets and unliking Clexa related tweets, but bitch jokes on you because we have the receipts. Clexa reaches the Elite 8 in the Zimbio March Madness poll.
