Monday's Fail Post. I just spent about 20 minutes setting up my first post and then I deleted it like an asshole. So I've got to paraphrase what I wrote about. Around this time of year, people just love animals, in particular spiders. They should top cats as the favored internet creature. I completed this old piece that I had put in the back burner and went with a traditional style, limited colour palatte and with a glass abdomen. Friday Post-It Note. I know I seem to be all over the place with my work. Much of my thought process comes from testing different techniques. Today I am trying to work with halftones and angles. It's a bit graphic and plain because I wanted to use flat shapes to create space, and minimal brushes in negative space to create a small pile of snow. There is a moiré pattern due to the screen combining with the halftone dots. In any case, that weather though...
