hi you can call me willow, i am 21 years old, non-binary and use they/them pronouns.

i've been on/off struggling with disordered eating since i was 13 years old, though i've never been officially diagnosed.

but i am diagnosed with dysthymia, a depressive personality disorder and anxiety.

i have also struggled with self harm since i was 13 years old but i have been clean for over 2 years at this point.

i tried therapy a few times but it never really seemed to work for me and i also never mentioned my issues with eating to any professional.

you could assume that my relapse last year when i was balls deep in my ed was the worst time ever but it was one of the best years i’ve ever had

and this relapse makes me feel the same way last years did

it’s almost like i can only be okay when i’m not eating which sounds insane to me

It's so unmotivating to lose the weight you had already lost once. When you're at a new lw it's fun and exiting to lose more, but when you're just trying to get back to your lw you just want it to be over. I hate this.
