It is a shame (and I will forever be pissed about it) that the ishowspeed thing was so quickly co-opted by hypocritically racist people who either just wanted an excuse to be racist to Latinos in a "woke" way, or were either unknowingly or knowingly spreading the "Argentinians are White" neonazi propaganda and other misinformation.
Because if only people had been fucking normal human beings, maybe this could have been a opportunity to talk about how damn racist football culture can get (Because it is not just Argentina, football fans screaming slurs and doing other racist behavior is something that happens everywhere, hell there was that one Paraguayan senator also being racist on social media exactly during this very same World Cup), and how that's a problem that reflects on the persons's already existing racism and how that should be shamed. But of course, all the gringos and all the idiots in the world just had to poison the water with even more racism...
