I actually tried drawing a background this time !

Messed up the ropes cause I rushed through them but I'm really satisfied with this piece all in all !

As I was drawing I kept feeling like I've seen this scene before and turns out, it come from a fanfic ! The original setting, in the actual fic, is a bit different though, seems like I subconsciously re enacted that part

The fic is ''Wound" by Novirp13 and it's a fantastic read I really really recommend it !

Anyway, young Wind setting sail for the first time and having to face the harsh reality that is the life of a sailor
