Hi
I haven’t been on this blog in ages. It recently got some traffic which brought me back to it. Looking at it makes me sad.
So much has happened since I was active here. Good things. Bad things. Horrendous things. Beautiful things.
I still bite my nails. I still make them bleed sometimes. But not as bad as I did. I’m trying to love myself more. I hope you are trying too.

I haven’t been on here in a long time. Looking back at my old posts makes me sad.
Guess what? Things have gotten better.
I studied abroad and met someone. We’ve been happily dating for a year and a half now. I love him with all my heart.
I still bite my nails like crazy but the skin picking is almost non existent. I also saw a psychologist for the first time two days ago. She’s going to help me with my anxiety and traumas I’ve endured that probably makes the nail biting worse.
So... seeing a therapist, happily in a supportive and healthy relationship.. life’s okay. :)
Whoops it’s been a while. Absentmindedly picking at my skin with a pair of tweezers and the blood was inevitable.

This sudden fidget spinner craze annoys me so much. These people are using them as toys whereas we need them to gee idk stop ourselves from tearing flesh off our bodies and making our skin bleed. I was going to buy a spinner ring to help me seeing as I've been really bad lately.. but now it's trendy? It's annoying? Stop? You don't need them?
I’d really like to be taken out tbh. in a date way or a sniper way I have no preference
My thumb nails are finally decent looking again. Now I just need to get this biting of the skin under control. I've got a piece of skin in my mouth as I type this. Gross isn't it....

I used my own blood to make the heart and then tried to fix up the edges a bit with a red marker. Why did I do this? I don’t know.
this is disgusting have you ever ripped off your nail...... completely? i’ve done it to my toes a couple of times. can you see that, there is absolutely no nail there. that’s all skin. on my toe. it always grows back, thankfully.... it’s not just a bad habit it’s not just a bad habit.
i had a terrible body image day but then again most days are like that
