summer means no school which mean I as an adult can go to a local public school parking lot that is COMPLETELY EMPTY to strap wheels to my feet and safety gear to many parts of my body and flail around a bit picking back up inline skating and good GOLLY I do not have the stamina I had as a teenager for this

Anyways, update: I ordered myself a new helmet bc the old one I have is slightly too small for me, and using properly fitting safety equipment is so cool and awesome kids
