Pro-choice literally means you should be able to make your own choice and not be forced into it, and that includes the choices of adoption or parenting. Pro-choice tells you your own life has value and that you should not be forced to use it to grow another if you do not wish to, that it should be done willingly. Pro-choice tells you that there is more than one way and it’s your right to decide which way is best for you, because there isn’t one way that’s right for everyone. Saying “you don’t have to do something if you don’t want to” isn’t the same as saying “you can’t do it.” Pro-life tells you that you should stay pregnant and give birth, regardless of your own opinions on the matter and regardless of the consequences. Pro-life literally is “I know what’s better for you than you do so you’re going to stay pregnant and give birth,” while pro-choice is “you know what’s best for you and we’ll support you.” Pro-life tells you that a fetus’s life is more valuable than your own. In no way is abortion the only way, we just acknowledge that it IS one and should be accessible for those who want it. But okay, friendo.
