No real meaning behind this one, I’ve just had a growing appreciation for high medieval clothing. It’s not as fitted or shaped as later medieval stuff, but it makes up for that in layers, patterns, and materials. This one was based on 12th century noblewomen’s garb.

WIP update of this fight sequence animation! this is based around the Ramayana mythology and very losely to the Ram and Bali conflict although alot of creative licence has been taken to make it into a small action sequence!

Am I late to the party?

Anyway, this is my Spidersona, Ettercap. Well, I use the word “Spidersona” loosely, because he’s not really a self insert.

Justin J. Jameson bit a radioactive spider on a dare, and since then he’s been swinging around the Bronx fighting crime. He recently started working a 9-5 job as a writer for the Daily Bugle, of which his uncle, J. Jonah Jameson, is the editor-in-chief.

His coworker, a photographer named Peter Parker, discovered Justin’s secret identity, and uses it to blackmail him. Justin allows Parker to take those coveted “pictures of Spider-Man,” and Parker doesn’t spill the beans to Jonah about his nephew.

Ettercap has the typical powers you’d expect from a Spider-Man (note: his web shooters are biological rather than mechanical), in addition to paralytic venom on his fingertips. I might add more when I’m feeling creative.

Hope I’m not to late to the party with this! Meet my spidersona Malady. She was bitten by a radioactive spider and gets chills down her spine whenever she thinks about it (as any arachnophobe does). Now she fights crime with a little help from some of her friends who are better with some of the sciency stuff. She’s been known to update her hero Instagram page frequently and occasionally duck into a random Starbucks to use the ladies room. Whether she leaves with a Vanilla Frap and some autographs signed is completely unrelated.

Her name and general concept are based off my chronic pain (IC) but a lot of her physical features are based off the title i used on the mmo Aura Kingdom for years called “Heart Piercer”.

A WIP for a Witcher piece I’m working on

A promo/mock cover for a comic I’ve been brainstorming for the past couple of years, The Runeweaver Saga. It’s a sort of low-fantasy story heavily inspired by Norse Mythology and early medieval Northern Europe. It centres around Halsten, a farmer and part-time sea raider who discovers he is a Runeweaver, a sort of mage that can warp the world’s “tapestry” through the use of magic runes.

This is still in the concept stage at the moment and is very far away from anything resembling a finished product. I still need to hone a multitude of artistic skills before I even start. But I just figured I should throw this out there so you guys’ll know what I’m up to when I’m not posting.
