The story is in the link but tldr is our gas stove has no safety features and can be turned on very easily. I've turned the gas on accidentally while cooking by bumping it before, so it was very easy for our cats to kick it or drop something on it to ignite it. Now the whole house has to go through fire remediation if we don't want to get sick from living there.

Pinterest apparently is flagging boards more now but the filter is too strong I think bc I don't have a board with the word die in it but I DO have a board named for one of my ocs and his name is Dieter 🫩 kill all shitty content filters I have to spell his name wrong for the board to work
