I do think some people are misreading the Sans Punch Card scene a bit. There's a lot of people saying that Sans (Undertale) MUST be from the Weird Route, because on that route, Susie explicitly draws herself, Kris, and Ralsei (three people) whereas on the Normal Route, though she doesn't say the names out loud like in the Weird Route, she seems to draw herself, Kris, Noelle, and Ralsei (four people) - this being significant because the card in the drawer in Undertale is specifically mentioned to be a drawing of THREE people.

However, it should be noted that Sans' dialouge when asking for the picture is actually different between routes. In the Weird Route, Sans specifically asks for a picture of "you and your friends" - because Noelle isn't there in the Weird Route, she draws herself, as requested, along with Kris and Ralsei, making three people.

HOWEVER, in the Normal Route, Sans actually ONLY says "your friends" - he DOESN'T include her in his request like he does in the Weird Route. This is such a small, strange, specific thing to change between routes if it wasn't important, so I believe the implication is that instead of drawing four people including herself, she actually still only draws three people - Noelle, Kris, and Ralsei; meaning that the card in Undertale very well could still come from the Normal Route.

Obviously he could still very well come from the Weird Route, people have talked at length about the Bread thing already, but the card itself is not an indicator - she always draws three people. The way this scene is phrased is just slightly confusing.
