I’m always like, oh I can just finish this tomorrow and then tomorrow arrives and I’m all confused? Like oh shit tomorrow is today but yesterday today wasn’t today? Today was in the future but now Today is Now!! Panic panic panic and then cut to me scrambling to meet a deadline and and then spiraling into self hatred

adhd is getting distracted and missing something important in a show ur watching so u rewind it just far enough to forget you’re supposed to be paying attention and miss it again
