If Shiloh was a vampire, he could technically sustain himself on normal food, but he still needed an excess amount of blood to function at his peak.

Tatum would be the first person to notice how much more weak and lethargic he's become. She'd eventually drag the truth out of Shiloh.

Of course, she's eager to help her friend, and to Shiloh's horror, Tatum offers her blood to him. There'd be a huge back and forth, but Shiloh would promise to only take a small portion of her blood to get himself to think straight so they can brainstorm alternatives from then on.

They end up learning that fresh meat from butcher shops can somewhat quell Shiloh's hunger; while effective, nothing could compare to the taste of Tatum's blood, and he'd intrusively fantasize about the taste of other wrestlers' blood.

I imagine his "lovable idiot" sort of attitude would develop around this time to try to suppress his predator instincts. You can't be driven to insanity by your desire to consume your fellow man if you build yourself around nothing getting under your skin, right?

If you wanna go with ur Drew × Shiloh ship, I think it'd go 1 of 2 ways.

1) Drew is able to groom Shiloh into the apex predator he is and send Shiloh to take out whoever he deems a threat.

2) Shiloh grows to resent Drew and ends up attacking him; either he kills Drew, almost kills him, or accidentally turns Drew into a vampire.
