It’s felt great to be back teaching @psyclelondon this week, not gonna lie, I’m a little sore haha but that’s ok, no rush to get back to what used to be, instead enjoying the ride to a new me. • Thank you @oneweek1 and @sabina_ahmadov for reminding us this week what starting a fresh can mean and how to use it as a tool for something special in this experience. • As Instagram lives shall be finishing shortly, I’ve had a few requests to bring back “HEROES” ride, which I taught as my first live for Psycle. Here’s to new beginnings! • Back on the schedule at @psyclelondon and it feels a bit surreal! Same but different in this new normal. Thank you to everyone that rode with me on my first day yesterday. However long it takes for us to come out of this, I’ll be with you every step of the way. • When this whole pandemic journey began here in the UK I was uncertain about the future but determined to figure out a way to still make it through. Today’s the day! SEAWHEEZE VIRTUAL HALF MARATHON! • A few weeks back myself @iamsammwanje @milamrmiller @alvinmoros and @waleed.deeba signed up for the @lululemon Seahwheeze virtual half marathon to run any time between the 15th-23rd of August. Today is the day!!!!! And we do it from two separate continents, thank you technology!!!! • Congrats to Alvin who already completed it this week and also completed his first ever Half Marathon! Gyms are opening up, @psyclelondon is back up, things are gonna be new, things are gonna feel different, allow yourself to embrace the change, and lovingly support us to navigate through it’s challenges. I also can’t say enough how grateful I am to have joined the @lululemon team this year, the support and love they have given me throughout has been indescribable. I’ll be back on the schedule soon I promise, until then I’ll be spending as much time as I can here with my wife @iamsammwanje and family in Canada while planning the epicness I promise to bring on my first class back.
