Iâm bored, feel free to ignore this or read if you have nothing better to do. But Iâm a PokĂ©mon fan and a genshin fan. Hereâs what PokĂ©mon in the eevee line I think some genshin characters would have and why! Starting with Venti!
I feel like he would have Eevee. very carefree, cute, and has a lot of potential, i can see him not wanting to evolve his eevee because he doesnât want to make a big decision for it. So if it were to evolve, it would likely be one of the friendship evolutions (umbreon, espeon, sylveon).
Kokomi would have a Vaporeon, since Inazuma has a lot of water around it, a water Pokémon would be preferable due to easy travel, and kokomi just has the same appeal as Vaporeon. Mermaids, and very pretty ones at that, with the fish like design, Kokomi would likely feel drawn to that evolution.
Jolteon. Ah, this would go to Xinyan. Rock n roll is usually used with a electric guitar. Electric, so why not go with the electric type eeveelution? She would choose Jolteon due to the spiky look, itâs different from the other evolutions which have very sleek and smooth designs, and due to its difference, and her desire for a taste of music that is different from the rest of Liyue, she would choose Jolteon.
Flareon.. letâs see, I feel like Barbara would have it (hot take, I know), flareon is very fluffy, and I feel like Barbara would choose Flareon mostly so she could cuddle it, since the fur is very soft and thick. I have a feeling she works with kids often, and a giant fluffy blob that is very gentle with small things would be quite appealing.
Espeon, a psychic type, is apart of an elegant typing known for knowledge, and reading peoples minds. Nahida is the goddess of knowledge and reads peopleâs minds.
Umbreon. A dark type. Umbreon would likely go to Wriothesley, he uses the dark type evolution for its power and intimidation, as it is known as one of the best evolutions. itâs rings can glow which will help transportation since the fortress is quite far from the main city, and I assume the travel would go through the night, so the glowing can act as a flashlight. The fact it is a friendship evolution shows his personality is actually quite kind, just rough around the edge due to working in a place full of criminals.
Glaceon, I wonât lie, nothing comes to mind. I had clear visions for the other evolutions, but my mind starts to go blank here. I suppose.. uhm.. Jean would have it? The ice type is on the serious side and is independent, which helps Jean because she doesnât have time to dedicate for a very demanding PokĂ©mon. Plus side, the ice can put out any fires that Klee makes. Overall, she chose a low Maintenance pet that is practical and can help with her job somewhat.
Leafeon! Oh, leafeon. give it to Albedo. Ironically, he was going to evolve his eevee into a Glaceon so it could handle the cold on Dragonspine better, but when handling some ores he was planing on studying, one of them was a leaf stone. His eevee was bothering him for attention and decided to touch the stone, causing it to evolve. So itâs an accidental evolution, and he often feels bad for the poor grass type. As it doesnât handle the cold as good as the other evolutions (grass weak to ice). Due to its ears and tail being made of plant matter, the cold causes it great discomfort. For its sake, Albedo has given it the task of watching over Klee, or fetching him ingredients when heâs doing alchemy (he does his best to keep it near a heat source as often as he can to ease the suffering)
and finally Sylveon! It goes to Kaveh. Why? Kaveh is a very friendly guy, and it was obvious he would have a friendship evolution. I feel like he would go for Espeon because of itâs connection to knowledge, but messed up and his eevee learned a fairy move, causing it to become a sylveon. Still, he loves it and treats it very lovely. A spoiled little pet.
