man i’m posting like i’m tweeting lol but i really used to love this website so much. i sound so fucking old but i wish kids and the younger gen ppl could experience the simple internet times. like even before tumblr. it was a really fun place and like the ads weren’t as much. it’s just seriously overkill w how much shit is thrown at u online lol
man i feel like fall/winter reminds me so much of tumblr lol. and here i am years later fucking blogging. and it’s always when i’m sad lol. my not so personal diary. it’s okay lmao. i just feel lost right now. and it’s so hard when you feel like you’re genuinely alone. and i’ve just felt so much grief this year. it’s overwhelming. i just feel so much sadness and it just seems endless atm lol.

if you search a tag on someone's blog on the mobile app it will show you only a selection of posts in an inscrutably random order but if you go to a mobile browser and type [blog url].tumblr.com/tagged/[tag] you will get all posts on that blog with that tag in reverse chronological order. if you add /chrono behind it you get them in regular chronological order. naturally this works in desktop browsers too but i know many people are mobile only these days and the app's built in tag search is shit so this knowledge is vital to your survival

Actually…if you want to know historically, I can supply an answer.
During the Renaissance, if it was quality marble, it was ground up into a coarse dust that was used as a pigment, a textural additive for paintings and reliefs. Some pressed it into chalk and crayon-like pastels. It’s the main ingredient in gesso canvas preparatory gloss and both Marmorino and Venetian plaster. If a poorer quality marble, it was used a composite stone (grout, mortar, early concrete) or paving additive. Stucco treatments were even made with it. It even had some medicinal applications, due to the fact that it contain calcium carbonate and other minerals.
Now it can be used to make carbon dioxide for carbonated beverages.
I was not prepared for that last line.
