Can I just mention really quick how refreshing it is to have a character like D3rlord3 who is so unapologetically loving and caring??

Idk if just feel like whenever we get a character whose highly intelligent always has this "i dont do people" and constantly putting people beneath them and disregarding emotions and human connection as trivial or a waste of time

So to have Derlord, who is known as the smartest MC ARG protagonist, to have him OUTSMART a literal devine being MULTIPLE times- and still do everything in his power to protect Avery, to make it known that he cares about Avery. To the POINT that said devine being USED AVERY'S SKIN TO LURE DERLORDE AWAY?

Derlorde cares SO much, no matter if you read it as romantic or platonic, his love for Avery can't be understated. He loves Avery so much he is willing to sacrifice his own mind just to keep him safe and I think thats beautiful
