thinking abt creature derek. like. i like how other ppl draw eyes behind his helmet but i think we're really missing out on the haunted armor vibe. also wings are a fun thought hence why he has that motif on his helmet when i draw him.
i like the idea of him not having a face & being able to take of his head/helmet (same thing)
also did a couple arts with mandibles as part of the helmet

OK ok listen. so bugs. right.
they arent very important to most ppl. like you cant rlly tell one bug apart from another, killing one mosquito is the same as killing any other. like. i collect bugs sometimes. for funsies. you like catch em in a container right and then you take em to the kill jar but like. sometimes you forget a bug and it just like. dies in its little jar before you can put it in the intentional death jar so now you can't even pin it up or anything cus its not maleable. even it if lives nobody cares abt pinning a damaged bug like if u leave it in the kill jar too long it'll fall apart???
people forget rlly easily about bugs. even if you catch them it doesnt make them important.
I was thinking abt what that would feel like. In relation to like. gods yknow? eldritch deities probably dont even think of us. watch like id watch a trail of ants. pit us against eachother or poke us just to see what happens. like even if it goes wrong they dont care THAT much?? you dont blame an ant for digging, a bee for stinging, ect. cus its just how they are???
