I’m back and I’m pretty different to how I was before, so my blog is gonna change a little bit. I’m still a writer, but I want to talk about some other stuff with this blog/my youtube channel, so I’m just gonna bullet those things here.

So I took an impromptu hiatus for... Over a month. Mainly for mental health, which I’m doing a lot better with than I was before. I honestly deleted a lot off of my WIP, a good 1500 words at least, but we’re getting back into the rhythm of things so you’ll be seeing a lot more of me on your dash!

Genre: Contemporary Romance

Target Audience: 18+

POV: third person, past tense

Setting: Seoul, South Korea. Present day.

Synopsis: Tessa Hale flies to the vibrant city of Seoul where her book has been optioned for a drama with Elite Studios. Upon arrival she discovers that the lead is being played by the idol she’s been high-key crushing on for years. Trying to navigate the culture shock and her own rebellious feelings won’t be easy.

Baek Eun Ji is taking a break from music to pursue acting, a coping method to deal with his growing despondency. He’s used to putting on a mask for the public and acting isn’t really so different.

When potentially compromising pictures show up in the media, his company is quick to act, suggesting a marriage of convenience to temper the worst of the ensuing scandal. Eun Ji might not be pleased about their idea, but it just might be the best thing that’s ever happened to him.

Word Count: 77,302

Content warnings: sex, panic attacks, anxiety, mentions of child abuse
