im thinking roceit for the main ship

adora i think is roman. i mean, adora is a hero who is a lot less sure of herself than people realize, and i get major roman vibes

janus is catra. i mean, really, who else would catra be? "villain" turned "hero"? J A N U S. also snake features instead of cat obviously

patton is bow. initially friendly towards most, if not all, emotional, cares so much about everyone around him that he gets hurt as a result? yes

virgil is glimmer, i think. they're both a lot more hesitant to trust than patton and bow, although they can be won over. wants to be listened to, and not babied. idk this one just makes sense to me

remus is entrapta. he wants to be able to try out his ideas. thats kinda it. chaos is his game, and whichever side he gets to cause it better he'll stick with. also can his mustache work like entraptas hair

remy is mermista. sassy and sarcastic, need i say more? no? well, i am anyway. remy and mermista i don't really have the words to compare, but they both have similar attitudes, and want to be listened to, i feel like

emile is perfuma, and this has nothing to do with the fact that i ship perfuma and mermista. perfuma wants to help solve problems in the ways she knows how, which often just involves talking through the problem. overall? fairly wholesome, and they both have so much fun with everything they do

logan is frosta. hear me out, okay? he isn't actually a child in this. he's the same age as everyone else. okay. both can be incredibly serious, and logan probably would try to solve every problem because he thinks he can do it "better." he also could be easily fascinated by small things though and get distracted

other characters will probably just get new names, but otherwise function the same

all i want to do is write that one fic that takes people’s breath away and kinda lingers in the back of their minds. i want to write something that makes people want to make art and play with my versions of characters or in the universe i created. i want to be able to create worlds that feel real enough to walk into and write lines that stick with people until they forget where exactly they heard it because it lives in their bones now.

Kat’s Writing Process for Multi-Chapters

- You finished a chapter that’s great!! Except now you’re like the fish in Nemo realizing they still have to get out of their plastic bags

- You have another chapter to write–many chapters to write in fact! How many? No one knows. They multiply like rabbits.

- “This will be the chapter that Plot Point C finally happens.” You say to yourself. It never happens. You weep at your keyboard as the Plot Point C stretches further and further from your grasp.

- You look at your outline, then back at the blank document. The outline, then the blank document. You spend fifteen minutes doing this.

- The outline for this chapter needs redoing. Not once, not twice, but three times. “Third times a charm,” You joke on Tumblr. You fool. You cursed yourself to an infinite loop of redoing the outline.

- You go to your web browser to run a quick research on a throwaway line. It’s five hours later and you’re watching cute cat videos. You swear it’s vital to your writing.

- Finally, you begin writing the chapter. The words come out wonky and not at all neat like you imagined. You physically restrain your inner editor from ripping it to pieces. Several hundred words is better than nothing, you tell yourself.

- As you drift off to sleep, you are struck with an amazing idea for your story! You jot down some notes down before you forget.

- Taking the notes from last night, you incorporate them into the outline. “It’s final this time,” You say as you knock on wood, as you avoid sidewalk cracks, shattering mirrors and stepping underneath ladders.

- WRITE WRITE WRITE.

- The chapter is completed after promising your firstborn child to yet another witch.

- Repeat.
