No, no no… you identify bone from rock or other substances by touching it to your tongue. If it sticks, it’s bone. The taste itself has nothing to do with it. And most archaeologists won’t lick human bones if they know they’re human.

Concept:

All humans mental health is like a candle - some replenishes at the same speed it burns down, some goes down a bit then they rest and it goes back up again. Your candle can sometimes go down so far it goes out (burn out) and it takes a really long time for it to go back to normal again. If you start trying to start doing things that diminish your candle too soon after burn out your candle is still fragile and the burn out is just gonna take longer for your candle to replenish again. Everyone's candle looks different, smells different, and burns at different rates but the overall message stays the same.
