"Washboard? Seriously?" He shakes his head and pulls himself higher up; veins in his arms protruding.

"Mhm," you nod, scooping more ice cream on your tongue. "We could try cleaning my panties on it later in the shower."

Bucky drops down, landing on his feet gracefully, but with a loud thud. He bends, bracing his hands on his knees as his laugh increases.

When he finally straightens, he points an accusing finger at you.

"That's it, no more ice cream for you. The sugar has damaged your brain."

Hey y’all,

Don’t normally do posts like these, but I just wanted to put my hands up and question AITA.

I got blocked by an account on Tumblr that many of you follow and know last week. I thought of them as a friend. I didn’t realise they’d blocked me till today. The matter seems a little trivial to me.

I like their writing, and certainly will miss seeing their work, but for this particular fic, I questioned something that seemed a little ridiculous. I understand that it is fanfiction and it is not real, but the line seemed silly and I couldn’t get past it. I didn’t mean offence to the person, though I highly doubt they’ll see this now.

I am a stubborn person, and it’s not in my nature to ask forgiveness. I believe everyone has an opinion, and that being a writer means taking criticism no matter what it is.

I will say again, it will be shame to see that person go and I’m sorry if bridges have been burnt, but I won’t apologise for what I said. I am impulsive, it’s a bad trait, and I can’t not say how I feel.

Anyway, thanks for listening, I guess. Maybe you’ll pass this onto the person so they can at least see my reasoning.
