I learned about tally marks yesterday!

(I cross mine from R to L, but Jake does his straight through)

I was watching a kdrama and they were tallying a vote and I was just like: 😍😍😍😍

Cus I’d never considered the cultural implications of tally marks. Lol, I just thought lines to five are lines to 5, ya know? Then I read the whole wiki page and now I want to learn more!

Are there other ways? How do you make tallies? Tell me moooooooore lol ^-^

good news everybody, i can open up my redbubble store again! as a reminder, i'm completely alright with you taking my tigers and bringing them to a print shop yourself if you'd like a print/sticker (unless you're planning to sell them, if you do i'll personally track you down and gnaw all your fingers off). however, if you don't have access to a print shop or if you find this more convenient, here it is!

currently there's mostly the pride tigers and some old pieces up on there, but if you'd like to have a different tiger feel free to request for one in the replies (and i'd prefer if you didn't send an ask in to request, just so compiling everything is easier for me). and just for transparency: i earn little to nothing on redbubble sales, and i'm doing this mostly because i'd love for people to own physical copies of my art. if you'd like to support me in a more direct way (and you don't have to if you don't feel like it) throwing me a couple bucks on ko-fi is super appreciated!
