▪️I am so amazed and proud at the flood of information and awareness on social media the past week. The need for change is now. A change in the way we view, talk, and think about the human beings around us.

It’s Prom Season. A time that normally creates excitement and anticipation is now a reminder of what the Class of 2020 is missing out on. That’s why I’m now offering Prom Commissions. In my own way, I want to support those Seniors and other students hurting right now, by creating their Prom moments for them through my art. Didn’t end up buying a dress due to COVID19? No problem! He is risen indeed.

What if Easter 2020 looks and feels more like the original Easter than ever before? John 20:19-21 The disciples were hiding behind locked doors, anxious for their safety after Jesus’ death. Only a week earlier they watched crowds place palm branches at His feet. How did we get here? So quickly and so suddenly?

Sound familiar? Jesus promised us; in this life we will have troubles, but take heart, for I have overcome the world. Yet we are still surprised when the troubles come. But the disciples didn’t have to go to church to have peace in His presence. Jesus came to them in a small, isolated, “shelter in place” room to tell them, Peace, to excite Joy, and to give them purpose.

Nothing has the final say, because we have hope in Him.

Alright long time no see! Here’s why... I got a big girl job and moved to California! I found a place to live with one of my besties from college too! Drove out right before all this COVID19 craziness happened. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to start my job due to the virus too, so in the meantime I’ve been prepping to re-open my commissions and have been working on a new RedBubble shop! I’m also looking for freelance/remote work until this uncertainty is past.

It’s a CRAZY time, so any support would mean a lot to me, even just sharing my next couple posts! I appreciate your support, especially my close friends and family that have been helping me through this rough time. Next update will be on commissions so stay tuned!
