The Yugioh-focused Discord World RP, Domino City, is now opening the doors for more members! The community is inclusive to other fandoms and OCs, for a refreshing variety of personalities and crossovers. The server offers many neutral locations and Alternate Universes for those unfamiliar with Yugioh, allowing for grand adventures and smaller slice-of-life interactions.

Upon joining only the Welcome and Rules channels are visible. After verification, all other channels can be seen. It may take a moment to be verified as it is done by hand!

World RP: plot threads in style.

Our World RP server is structured where each category is a zone/world, each channel a location and each thread a sub location or private story. Characters move about in these locations and writing in them is usually a slow to steady pace. Quick-paced RP channels, like the Public Zones, are for those who desire lighter forms of roleplaying. It is also possible to start private RPs.

What our server offers:

👥 A duplicate canon muse system. This feature that aims to resolve the issue of fandom characters being taken, using an identifier of nicknames and mun names to tell each other apart. Additonally, the existence of duplicates is explained in-lore with the multiverse! We believe every roleplayer should be able to play any character, any way they like.

🤖 The Tupperbox bot which allows you to use your characters on the fly! This bot works in conjunction with the duplicate muse system.

🔎 The RP Bulletin Board with thread tracker, starter calls and mun status updates. Plot your RPs in a concentrated place!

Settings and Alternate Universes:

🏙️ Domino City: The perfect place for more slice-of-life RPs, dates or semi-fantasy stories with a more realistic backdrop. Shop at the mall, visit a restaurant, or enjoy the comfort of your own house channel.

🐉 Domino World: A high fantasy AU setting, including a world map! There is also an optional roleplay mode in the form of DND campaigns and hybrid systems using the bot Avrae.

☀️ Season of the Light Spirit: This category features locations that are Spring and Summer-themed, but are open all year. Wander into the Spring forest, or sail to the adventurous Summer islands. Port Crookhook is the place for Lovecraftian mysteries. And last but not least, the Sunflower Festival is the slice-of-life hub with picnics and markets!

🌙 Season of the Dark Spirit: This category features locations that are Autumn and Winter-themed, but are open all year. The autumn forest of Leafdrop, swaying between cozy and spooky, leads to Blackrock mountain featuring winter sports. Halloween-themed content such as the Moonlight Mansion can be enjoyed off-season as well. Snowflower Harfest is the slice-of-life hub for harvest festivals, winter markets, galas and more!

🪐 Travels through Time and Space: From the distant past of Ancient Egypt, to the futuristic sci-fi in outer space. Certain planets even host content of other fandoms!

While we didn't talk as much as I wish we had, she was a great friend, always checking in on me when I needed it. I know many of us will miss her and you're welcome to share memories under this post if you'd like.

Dear Bastet,

When I heard the news of your passing it shook my world. You were a part of my world, now it’s gotten a little smaller.

I regret that we weren’t able to finish Baldur’s Gate 3 together, that we weren’t able to start co-op in Cult of the Lamb, that I didn’t have enough time to show the world your amazing writing. I feel I could have done more for you. But those regrets are now buried in the past.

But there were fond memories as well. I always enjoyed talking together on voice chat. Hearing your stories, scolding those mischievous cats, and your precious laugh. I’m still fond of your characters, of Avi and Silk.

I enjoyed the movies we watched together, the roleplays we wrote together. You’ve helped me so much when I was in a bad place, and I helped you with yours. You’ve helped make the community server a wonderful place for everyone, and we all met and befriended each other. You made us all feel happy together.

Thank you for all the time we spent together and the memories we made in that time.

You will be greatly missed, dear friend.

Princess of Life

Extremely Thank you to @marminko for making this come to life! My daughter looks so beautiful! Thank you SO MUCH

There are times that Asteria will actually stop and take the time to sit and heal one of the planets she's found on her travels.

Ria using her life abilities turns her galaxy patterns green and she usually sings when she heals. Its unknown to her whether singing helps heal the planet faster or not.

I do wonder, In the vastness of space....Can her Voice be heard by other stars?

Theia’s Here!

Now after countless days of brainstorming designs and drawing, I post my first TOH character: Theia Nova!

Some quick facts about her!

Theia Nova, she/they

Has severe anxiety, it’s hard to get her to talk sometimes

Is exceptionally powerful for her age, but gets easily overwhelmed when using her magic for extended amounts of time

She was one of the youngest Collectors to be made a proper Archivist

Archives things by turning them into a spool of sewing thread, which can be used to weave garments or create other textiles

Had to be assigned an assistant/caretaker after taking the job of Archivist since her anxiety and low stamina made it almost impossible for her to function on her own

Her caretaker, Ophiuchus Serpens, was like an older sibling to her and was one of the only people she ever fully opened up to

She ran away from her job after realizing her fellow Archivists were very prone to destroying planets and star systems when things didn’t go her way

After some fateful events in the Demon Realm, she stole a Titan Egg and escaped further off in the cosmos

Currently residing in a star system she created by ‘borrowing’ other stars and planets to use in it

Her Archiving days are pretty much over, as she prefers to spend time with the titan that hatched from the egg and the rare visitor that stumbles across her star system

This is Asteria! I based her off the Symbolism of the Eight Pointed Star (mixed with a Princess)

The eight pointed Star is a usually extremely positive trait. Some of my favorite symbolisms include- Life, Protection, Guidance, Balance, Good Luck, Hope.

This also gave me the idea for what she does. Do you see those orbs in her hair? Those are Planets that were originally desolate or scorched by other collectors, and she revives them with her powers slowly overtime. She could revive them the second she sees them, but that takes a lot of power and she rather grab and go before an adult finds her. The stars in her hair are just stars she thought that were pretty and whats one less star in the sky gonna do? What Does she do with a Planet once its back to life, either put it somewhere where she thinks another won't find or give to a friend she trust so they can take care of it.

Personality wise, I've seen Asteria in my mind as bright, energetic, and spunky teen (around 16) who just wants to have fun. Despite her Princessesy apperance, She's not as mature as she likes to believe. She's a runaway, and has been for a long time. She's loves to meet and hang out with younger collectors, and play with them a good Big Sister type. If you're an adult...will its a hit and miss if she'll like your or not. She's not against mischief and destroying a few things, Just as long its nothing of hers. There are times she'll act like a snobby stuck know it all (usually against an adult) but most of the time she's pretty nice.

Her favorite passtime is singing, and she usually sings to her planets or to a fellow Collector child to entertain them.

There are absolutely zero Amethystshipping fics on AO3 that I could find. And that is an absolute travesty.

So I will write one myself. I will fill that very specific niche for myself.

(Amethystshipping is Yugi x Heba. Heba is the ancient egyptian incanation of Yugi.)

PS. Im also gonna draw some Amethystship fanart for myself. I will die on this selfcest ship hill.

Hello, hello, hello~ here's a redraw that I did to see how far I've come as an artist. Wow, I didn't expect after 4 years of digital art, I've come to this point in improving.

This piece was actually back in 2019 or something, though I forgot the specific date since I'm bad with keeping track of date and time. But the first picture is basically the (new) redrawn version and the second picture is the old version. The contrast surprises me too.

The girl stared at him for a second, before sighing. Wiggling her ears, she listened throughout the apartment. Yami was taking a nap in his room and Aqua was humming and...sounded like watching an art tutorial. They were distracted...but that doesn't mean they'll stay that way. Especially Aqua.

So she sat near him, before Making a circle with her magic. Creating a circle around her and Tim's nest and the magic raised up creating a dome like structure keeping them inside. In a matter of seconds, Brunhilde constructed a small hill next a weepy willow tree overlooking a lake with a sunset colored with soft pastel oranges and pinks with whispy dreamy purple clouds adorining the skys.

"What do you think? Should I change the color of the sky? I was going for this dreamy Sunset aesthetic but like..eh?" She asked her brother as If she didn't just create a whole mini world within the living room.

The way the room shifted and changed around them, was like something out of a dream. To the point that Timaeus thought he may have started drifting off after Brunhilde sat down with him.

Until she spoke quickly snapping him back, and his heart near jumped out of his chest up on realizing this was very,real.

His small spines on his tail flexed and bristled. Hesitantly a tongue flicked, and he softly sniffed. The more animalistic side recognizing how unnatural this all was.

What. The. Hell?

Nope. No this hadn't just happened?!

"Yeah... it's nice." He says trying hard not to freak out. Tim wouldn't have said he was scared, of this or of her. It was however more then a tad unsettling to have ones surroundings change so drastically, and without warning.

What was with these siblings and their apparent objection of telling him things and jumping straight to showing? Look he enjoys surprises as much as the next person but some things need warning.

"Shit Sorry..." She muttered before undoing the entire thing,bringing them back to the living room.

"I don't want Tweedledee and Tweedledumbass to overhear anything...especially Little prince perfect..." She said with a slight bitter tone, before glancing over to Tim again.

"Take 5 big brother....I'll tell you what I just did after you get your bearings." She reached her hand out to pet him...than decided against it on the principal she didn't want her hand biten off.

As quickly as things changed, they were right back like they'd never left. Maybe they hadn't.

Exhaling he dropped back down in the blankets looking towards her, something she didn't want them to know? He frowned just a little at her tone wondering what it could be.

After a few minutes, The girl sighed and looked to Timaeus.

"So I have this...ability to create and summon things. From what I believe...Its a combination of my illusion magic on my Yokai side...and my knowledge that stars grant wishes...so I can just...create stuff. Grant my own wishes ya know." She leaned on him. "But I usually just make up snacks, drinks...or other random stuff. However lately...um..." She looked sad. "Things haven't been the best at home....and I found myself just wishing to go to a world all of my own. So I guess I granted my own wish again...and next thing I knew, I could create like...theses mini fantasy worlds all for me!" The girl looked excited. "I can create whatever I want when I'm in them, my perfect world where no one can bother me and Im in control!" She took breath and looked to him.

"What I just did was like a watered down version of that, Since you don't feel good and can't go anywhere, I brought it all to you.." She said with a huge smile before holding her head. "Though it took a good chunk of my energy..."
