A lot of people ask me why I eat a majority of a plant based diet and I would like to tell you all it is because my stomach can no longer digest some of the standard normal modern-day foods that we have in our grocery store that is a simple enough description for why I eat a majority of a plant based diet right now until I figured out how to make a YouTube video explaining it completely :) to go into detail it would take longer than I would like to type out from the way that food is processed to where my food comes from to what is inside of my food all the way to my stomach and my digestive tract not being able to break down certain foods leading to stomach aches indigestion bloating fatigue and a lot of unhappy feelings that my body will put on me for the next few hours for eating what I did. Plant-based or vegan or vegetarian or pesco-vegetarian or any kind of vegetarianism is not for everyone so I'm not knocking anyone who doesn't do it🌻🌻🌌😊🍱
