| my time has come. | Hello everyone! I’m so sorry for not being very active - this past month has been absolutely mad, with (finally) quitting my job, and getting ready for another!!

Guilt tripping includes anything that may make your partner feel bad for something, ultimately making them feel obliged to do something as a result.

It ruins everyone’s fun. It makes things stressful.

A roleplay someone was forced into doing just isn’t fun for anyone. Anything that someone was forced into doing just isn’t fun period.

Sometimes we just aren’t in the mood for particular threads, and sometimes our muses don’t cooperate- and this could go on for weeks or months.

But please understand that it’s not YOU. It’s never you. Things just happen and no one hates you.

—examples—

Okay: “I’m just checking to see if you saw my reply. It’s been a few weeks(days), and I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss it if you’re still interested!”

Not okay: “I wish you’d reply, I really want to continue that thread.”

Please be courteous and remember that your partners are people with everyday lives that get in the way of things just like you! ❤️

Sometimes we forget. It’s okay to throw us reminders, but please respect our rules if we specify a window.

And please remember, it is very highly unlikely that your roleplay partner no longer wishes to roleplay with you!

Roleplaying is supposed to be fun. So let’s persevere and practice that! 😄
