my arms keeping getting tired when i attempt to play music. that means i need to jork it more to build up endurance.

so, random thing i feel like pointing out about alastor: he has a transatlantic accent. that's a learned accent (meaning nobody naturally speaks it) from new england taught in colleges at the time to make people sound smart. alastor is a POC from Louisiana during segregation.

for him, one of the perks of radio is that no one can see his face or skin colour. however, his voice could still give him away. he has a cajun accent when he speaks french, so it wouldn't be odd to assume he had similar in english.

there's a decent chance he learned to "speak like a white person" to gain popularity.
