I ATE CHEETOS! Diet Fail (NOPE)
So, I ate 20 pieces of flaming hot cheetos today, and today is the second day of my second round on the military diet... damn. My bad. But, I do not see this as a failure, but as a minor bump in the road. The military diet is a stiffer when it comes to sticking to the plan in order for it to work, so if I do not lose weight this time around I know where I went “wrong” and where I need to improve.
On the more bright side, I have been working my booty and my core oh so hard this past week!!!!!! I feel so sore and so amazing! I had gotten eBooks from Shredz, and follow their workout plans, which are amazing! My sister is creating me an upper body workout that I plan on doing on Sundays and Fridays to start getting some of the chub off my arms and building back up my muscles.
I have been on it for the past two weeks and feel like a champ! Even those cheetos cannot bring me down, just have to work at discipline a little bit more.
